"Dan and his team just finished installing our new air conditioner and furnace.  I am very impressed with their installation, price, customer service, and promptness.  Dan received my Angie's List email at 10:00PM and had it not been so late he would have called us right away.  He called promptly at 8:00 the next morning and was here within the hour to quote the project.  We quoted a few Angie's List companies and found that Dugan Air Heating & Cooling offered the most competitive price and product for the job.  It was a bonus to learn that Bryant systems are built in our backyard of Indianapolis.  They also filled out the utility rebates and submitted them which no other company offered to do.  Finally, they were all nice enough to head over to our neighbor's house and fix their air conditioner problems free of charge on their own personal time once they completed our project.  Many thanks to the Dugan Air folks for a job well done!  I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

"Furnace failed on Sunday, New Year's Eve, below zero temps - doesn't it figure? Found Roy's company here on Angie's List and Roy himself came to our home, found the problem and went SEVERAL extra miles (literally!) to make sure that we had heat that evening! "They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base."
