"Mr. Dennis H came to our house to do our HVAC maintenance check & he is so efficient & did a good job in doing a whole maintenance check on our HVAC unit explaining everything to us in the way we can easily understand it & he patiently taught us on how to be able to take care of our unit to avoid problems & he let us feel confident that everything is working out well but he also informed us that we can always call the office if we need some assistance with our HVAC unit. "I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. It smells so much better they put a sanitizer which also keeps mold, mildew down you would want to have clean air in your home."

He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."
