Love this company! My service tech today was Brad Groves. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He even took the time to show me the photos taken of the interior components of our unit. There is a reason Dugan Air recieves such high ratings from their customers...they earn them. The maintenance services are affordable and I would highly recommend giving them a try.

It went very well, they showed up on time and were very nice and took time to answer all my questions and took the time to help me set up the thermostat so I could change the temperature from my phone. They got the install done quicker than expected and hauled away my old units and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to my family and friends

Very courteous, furnace checked out fine..tested heat pump. Put covers over their shoes before entering our living space. Nice folks. Even at installation 3 years ago, the owner of the company, Dan, came out personally on a couple of occasions. We will keep using them.

It was very affordable compared to a brand new central air. It was more efficient. I liked their professionalism. The owner of the company came out first. He did the estimate. He had a very professional demeanor and he was very concerned about the quality. He was making sure that when they left the site, the home was in better condition than it was when they got there.

Contacted Dan Dugan for an estimate on a new installation. Old unit had been running with bandaids for a couple years and was beyond its life expectancy.
While I was sticker shocked at the price, I found out these heat pump systems are much more complex than a standard gas furnace. I also price compared and found this price to be within the customary range with installation.
 Dugan (Bryant) offers a hard to beat 60 mo. Zero % interest financing through wells fargo Bank. Why use my own money?
Installation went down without a hitch. While this was my sons home, I sort of managed the project as he works a lot of hours. He basically let the installers in and do their thing while he went to work, so no inconvenience on either of our parts.
Installers were in and out same day, left no mess and everything runs great!
Definitely recommend Dugan Air!

Great! Kevin didn't try to up-sell me anything. He could have very easily told me I needed a new A/C unit since mine is 23 years old but very truthfully told me I could probably get another year or so out of it and to budget for one. Very professional and answered all of my stupid and silly questions(since I'm not knowledgable on HVAC).

We were always kept informed about when they would be arriving for installment-either via email or phone call.
The installers  were very neat.I did not find anything left behind- inside or outside the house.
We were told the installment would take one day-and that was done.
Everyone involved were very patient ad courteous.
The owner of the company and one of the installers both, very patiently, explained the romote control.

Dan and his team just finished installing our new air conditioner and furnace.  I am very impressed with their installation, price, customer service, and promptness.  Dan received my Angie's List email at 10:00PM and had it not been so late he would have called us right away.  He called promptly at 8:00 the next morning and was here within the hour to quote the project.  We quoted a few Angie's List companies and found that Dugan Air Heating & Cooling offered the most competitive price and product for the job.  It was a bonus to learn that Bryant systems are built in our backyard of Indianapolis.  They also filled out the utility rebates and submitted them which no other company offered to do.  Finally, they were all nice enough to head over to our neighbor's house and fix their air conditioner problems free of charge on their own personal time once they completed our project.  Many thanks to the Dugan Air folks for a job well done!  I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Came over twice. Once to repair and later to provide annual preventative maintenance. Called in the evening and they showed up at 8 AM the next morning. Timely, professional and honest. I highly recommend them.

Dan Dugan came to our home to do an inspection, evaluation and price quote for a central air conditioner and new heating system. He delivered an itemized quote that afternoon. We set a date for the installation. Dan and his staff arrived on time, clean and professional, every single day they worked. We received constant updates and were continually consulted during all phases of service. Each afternoon they left our home clean and neat. They disposed of all old equipment and any unnecessary mess. Everyone we dealt with was professional, honest, helpful, and considerate of our privacy. I highly recommend Dugan Air and would use them again without question.

Went great, I couldn't find anyone else anywhere that would even do this service, and they were happy to help. They were clear that they weren't experts at it but felt comfortable doing it. They brought a couple of guys to make sure they could figure it out and they got the job done in a timely manner and the charge was fair I thought. I had the main guy take a quick look at my furnace before he left and talked about some problems we were having, and he gave me a quote for doing an inspection/tuneup and helping us get better air flow upstairs - I haven't taken them up on that yet but plan to in the near future.

They were responsive and tried to fix out system for about 2 hours. When they could not figure it out, they sent out a specialist who determined that the last company had put too much refrigerant in the system. The system was repaired and has been working well since then. We did discover that the furnace filter was not reinstalled until just recently. We were also conflicted about being charged for the time that they were diagnosing the system. On one hand, it seems like we should not have been charged for their inability to arrive at a diagnosis, but on the other, we realize that a physician or attorney will charge you for time spent despite a successful outcome.

Ok. Late showing up. Invoice did not match quote. Poor in how the handled, but they did make it right in the end.

I was very impressed during the whole process. Owner Dan Dugan did a very thorough job of evaluating our current configuration as well as taking measurements in each room of the house before going over each option we would have. His job quote was slightly higher than our other estimate when comparing applies to apples. However, we decided to go with Dugan Air due to the experience we had with Dan during this process. And it wasn't like we had a bad experience with the other company.

Prior to installation Dan answered several questions and made sure I understood what would happen during the installation from beginning to end. The system was installed in one day and the crew cleaned up completely when finished. Dan stopped by to go over everything with me and will touch base again a week later.

I came home from work to find our furnace had not been running while I was away. With the particularly cold weather we'd been having I started looking immediately. Because our furnace unit is a bit older I was concerned that picking just any company would mean being told that we would just have to have the unit replaced. My mother in law recommended Dugan Air because she too has an older system they had worked on her heating and air conditioning before. I looked them up to see what kind of ratings and if there were any deals available.
Satisfied with the reviews I read I contacted them through Angie's List and was pleased to see a response back quickly. I was offered a couple of options to come out and take a look as well as contact information should I need it. The communication was wonderful.
We scheduled them to come out and take a look the next morning. He diagnosed that the unit had been running on electrical power only when the heat pump outside failed to kick on and so burned out the fuse on the furnace. He took a look at the heat pump outside and made some adjustments to it then came in to replace the fuse. Unfortunately he did not have a replacement fuse that would work so he told us he would return that Friday, Monday at the latest, with the part to replace it with.
I was mildly disappointed we would not have the furnace up and running for a couple more days but we understood that parts are not as easy to get a hold of for older systems. The next day however he called up letting us know he'd gotten the part we need and if we were available he could come by and install it for us. He could very well have waited and come when he had quoted us, but he didn't and for that we were impressed with the service. Though the cost was a bit more than I would have liked to have paid it seemed reasonable.
He installed the part and gave us some advice on the unit. He cautioned that we would likely need to get it replaced before long and gave us some honest advice on systems we might want to consider, even quoting us their price to replace the system in case we might be interested down the line. He also gave us some tips to improve our system that would not require having them do any work.
He was courteous, punctual and extremely helpful. I even received a follow up message from them to see how everything went. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to get work done on their heating and air conditioning unit.

They came out several times. They were very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, cleaned up and respectful of our property.

It took three guys all day to remove my 27 year old furnace and install the new system. They all were very conscientious and careful during the installation, and all the work was done to a high level of quality. I am very satisfied with their work. Dan Dugan is a factory authorized Bryant dealer and I found him on the Bryant website, as I had made up my mind I wanted a Bryant system.

Generally yearly maintenance on furnace and A/C.
Our old unit was already installed on a property we purchased 5 years ago.
This unit was somewhere around 15 years old,
I have followed a Service-Pro, Jeremiah Harritt, for some 4 years, He left the old company he had worked for ( I had always been impressed by Jeremiah, for his honesty and ability to repair and save us money) when I called them i was told he was no longer with them!
They sent another service person to my home. I was not happy with the price or service.
I knew I had to find the man we had before! I knew his name so
I tracked him by Facebook!
FOUND! and i re-introduced myself to him.
He was great, told me how to contact him at his new employers, DUGAN Heating and Air-Conditioning!
He has continued to be the best service pro! Jeremiah came to our rescue and this week replaced that old unit!
Also at a price my husband and I could well afford!

I think it's a good company. They were on time. It was one of the days when it was really cold and they got here really quick. They showed us what's wrong and they fixed the problem. There was a little confusion because we were told that we will be given a digital thermostat and when they came out and put the furnace in they said that wasn't actually part of the deal. But because we were already told that, they came back and put one on. I also think that the owner of the company was one of the guys that came out.

I didn't give them a quality grade yet because they haven't done anything other than inspections, but so far I'm very pleased. Most importantly, I've been impressed with their honesty. They've had two opportunities to tell me equipment was broken or needed replacement or service, and I wouldn't have known otherwise, and yet both times they've been honest and upfront, telling me no service was needed. From what I've experienced and heard, this is a rare quality in an HVAC company and I'm glad I've chosen to work with them.

They did very well. They were good, polite, and had a fair cost.
