"He came and gave me an estimate of costs. I wanted the whole house cleaned--carpet and tile. I was then able to schedule the work right before Thanksgiving. Worked out great. Carpets had some pet stains I couldn't get out. They looked great when he was done. I plan to use him twice a year for carpets. The majority of the cost was related to all the tile work. "Always on time and very focused and professional. Versus detailed and thorough. I requested for them to vacuum the carpet on my outer front porch and they didn’t just vacuum the carpet, they actually cleaned/ sanitize the entire front enclosed porch. I asked them to bring a steam cleaner for staining on carpet in the bedrooms and basement. They brought the steamer but didn’t use it. They instead opted to use another cleaning machine that they use and the rooms haven’t looked like this since I moved in 12 years ago. I am very pleased and are hiring them for regular schedule follow up services."
