I requested for them to vacuum the carpet on my outer front porch and they didn’t just vacuum the carpet, they actually cleaned/ sanitize the entire front enclosed porch. I asked them to bring a steam cleaner for staining on carpet in the bedrooms and basement. They brought the steamer but didn’t use it. They instead opted to use another cleaning machine that they use and the rooms haven’t looked like this since I moved in 12 years ago.
