I’m a hardworking person who doesn’t like to leave projects half finished or looking sloppy, I can be a bit of a perfectionist. I’ve always fixed and built almost everything I needed myself and I take pride in being self sufficient. I’ve been an electrician for a year and half now and before that I was fabricating aerators for private residences. "Brad painted  and did drywall repair in 3 rooms and a hallway in my house.  He also did remodeling, drywalling, and painting in two bathrooms, as well as repair work and painting in my garage.  He did excellent work on all of these jobs...very professional.  He is  honest and reliable and his prices are quite reasonable.  I would highly recommend him for work in these areas.

"Eric and his people are very professional.  Eric is very nice and promptly to our request.  He fixed our roof on last Saturday since it was raining on Sunday. He also gave us good advice about our roof maintenance.  The fixing price he gave is very reasonable.  We will definitely use him when we replace our roof next time and recommend him to our friends as well.

"We looked at several companies, but this one had the good reputation AND was the cheapest. They showed up on time with a crew of guys and got it done in one day. The boss was there supervising and working. They swept the yard for roofing nails afterwards and told us to let them know if we still found a lot and they would come back to use their magnetized strips to get them. it's been nearly a year and the roof is looking great and doing its job!

You aren’t drilling through metal or concrete—hopefully—so any standard twist, wooden or all-purpose drill bit will work fine. It’s also important to have a screwdriver capable of drilling through the drywall and into the stud. The good news is most available drills, even the older ones, can do this with no issue.

Drywall can be installed directly on ceiling joists. In fact, this method is common in many construction projects. Drywall sheets are attached to the joists using screws, ensuring a secure and stable installation. Before attaching the drywall, it's important to mark the joist locations on the ceiling, allowing for accurate screw placement.
