The company had people at my house two times. Both times they were on time, neat and clean, wore blue booties on their feet, and dressed properly (no behinds showing!) They cleaned my chimney and put a cap on the top and sealed the flue area as the fireplace is non-functional. They cleaned up after the work was done also.
