"On Christmas evening I searched for computer technicians for my Toshiba laptop. I was receiving a Microsoft low on a memory error. Of the companies, Butch Myers of GatorTeq responded first on the next morning. An appointment was set for the next week. Due to pandemic precautions, Butch picked up the computer. He analyzed the problem. He suggested, by telephone, a course that would correct the problem as well as improve computer performance. He put this information in writing with an estimate of the cost which was fair. Buck returned the computer by the required date which was about one week. He explained the work and answered every question that I had. My computer is working better than I can remember. It is like having a new computer. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
