"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"This company is full of S***!!! My home warranty company sent these crooks to my house to repair a leak in the basement. They allegedly found it to be a faulty water heater. After about 6wks of back and forth with them they replaced the water heater. Guess what?? There's still a leak!!! I called the warranty company to advise it's still leaking, they contact these crooks, schedule a return appt, they don't show up or call me back! After reading all of these reviews, I'm never allowing them back in my home. The service men were lazy, unprofessional, and clearly not knowledgeable. They didn't bring the proper tools. Requested help with removing the water heater. Whoever runs the phone service calls and texts you late at night then gets mad if you contact them after 5pm or weekends. I let him know, if you can contact me late, I'll be contacting you late! I'm not sure who he thinks he is, but he's going to scam the right home owners and get his just desserts very soon! "

You can use latex or acrylic paint outdoors. Although acrylic paint tends to last longer outside, it also costs more, so if you’re painting the outside of your house, for instance, latex paint is often a go-to option. Your tool of choice ultimately comes down to personal preference. Many DIYers prefer applying stain with a lint-free rag, but others stick with a paint brush or a roller. Wipe the stain and work it into the wood, working with and against the grain. If you’re applying multiple coats, allow the stain to dry for around four hours between coats.

While it’s best to avoid exterior painting when it’s raining, you can still paint inside when the weather is wet. As long as the humidity and temperature inside your house are moderate enough to allow paint to dry properly and your room is properly ventilated, it’s perfectly fine to tackle an indoor painting project even if it’s raining cats and dogs outside.

A properly applied coat of stain will last between 3 and 8 years, depending on your climate. If you live in a place where your fence experiences a lot of moisture or high heat, your stain will last for a shorter period than in more temperate conditions. We recommend reapplying stain every 3 to 5 years to keep your wood in good condition.

Pressure-treated wood can not only be painted and stained, but it should be; doing so will help to prevent surface or deck board cracking. Allow the wood to dry out before painting it, as pressure-treated wood from the hardware store takes longer to dry than kiln-dried lumber. If water beads on the surface, it needs additional time to dry—in fact, it can take weeks or even months to fully dry. As soon as the wood absorbs water on the surface, it is ready to be painted or stained.
