"Tom promptly gave us a quote for the work. Once arranged, he arrived as scheduled to remove the tree and cleaned up all the trimmings. He put us in contact with someone to grind down the stump. Once that was done, the area looks great."

"Milton and his crew did an excellent job taking down our spruce tree, chopping and grinding it up. Using safety ropes and saws they climbed our trees and made them look a lot better. We recently got a new fence near the locust tree and then decided we needed to have the locust tree trimmed. "I bought the Angie's List deal in December to have my gutters cleaned out.
Then it snowed.
And rained.
And snowed.
And rained.   Constantly.
The company had to keep postponing it due to inclement weather.  (which was understandable)
But it took four months to get the gutters cleaned and, when they were cleaned, no one told me.  So, I thought I was still waiting for them. 
It took several emails with Mr. Vannice to find out that they had, indeed, according to him, been cleaned.
Also, while the gutters may have been cleaned, evidently this did not include downspouts.  So, my gutters are still spilling over the top because the downspouts are clogged with leaves or something.  I should have asked if downspouts were included but it didn't occur to me that they weren't.
Here in Indiana, we all know how tenuous the weather can be.  The processof getting this done was not painful and the price was reasonable, but I did feel like I was a "back burner" client.  Four months to come out and clean gutters.  And they still overflow due to the downspouts.  I'm a little disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.
