"Milton and his crew did an excellent job taking down our spruce tree, chopping and grinding it up. Using safety ropes and saws they climbed our trees and made them look a lot better. We recently got a new fence near the locust tree and then decided we needed to have the locust tree trimmed. Milton and his crew carefully removed the problem limbs and cleaned up our yard and the neighbors' yards. Before the men left, Milton chopped up the stump on the spruce tree and the men cleaned up all the debris that fell in the yard. They cleaned up all the tree debris in the street in front of the house before they left. They did an excellent job cleaning up the tree debris and left and yard and street in great shape. They cut the trees neatly with no striped bark or any damage."

"Yesenia Lara is a great small company to work with. They removed our old flower garden wall and replaced it with new blocks. That was not easy because of the contour of the yard. But with a lot of thought they got it done. It looks professional. They removed the old vegetation and replaced it with dirt and mulch for the new flower garden. "Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. "I bought the Angie's List deal in December to have my gutters cleaned out.
Then it snowed.
And rained.
And snowed.
And rained.   Constantly.
The company had to keep postponing it due to inclement weather.  (which was understandable)
But it took four months to get the gutters cleaned and, when they were cleaned, no one told me.  So, I thought I was still waiting for them. 
It took several emails with Mr. Vannice to find out that they had, indeed, according to him, been cleaned.
Also, while the gutters may have been cleaned, evidently this did not include downspouts.  So, my gutters are still spilling over the top because the downspouts are clogged with leaves or something.  I should have asked if downspouts were included but it didn't occur to me that they weren't.
Here in Indiana, we all know how tenuous the weather can be.  The processof getting this done was not painful and the price was reasonable, but I did feel like I was a "back burner" client.  Four months to come out and clean gutters.  And they still overflow due to the downspouts.  I'm a little disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

"Nagas service is completely dependable. They arrive as expected and do an excellent job. Our front yard has an oddly placed bit of grass separate from the rest of the lawn that is easy to miss. When I contacted Nagas to say that it had been missed, the mowers were quickly back the same day, and it has not been missed again. We have used Nagas also for snow removal, fall and spring cleaning of our yard, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, stump removal, mulching, and weed treatment. All jobs were done when expected and as expected. It is such a relief to have a company that is so professional and reliable.
