"CHR is a great company to work with.  They remodeled our bathroom a while back and when it came time to do the kitchen, I knew they were the company for us.  Their pricing is very reasonable and John and his crew are trustworthy and get the job done on time.  Just like our bathroom, there were a few minor issues that cropped up after the renovation, however, as promised, John sent some of his team to fix the problems promptly and now it all looks and works great!  They also offer a personal touch to the work they do, and did a few custom things in our kitchen and entryway that really made the spaces more functional for us.  I do think they might need some help on the administrative side, possibly with scheduling, detail in quotes, etc.  I think this is just because the company is so great that they are experiencing some growing pains. They are worth the extra effort/time, though, since you know you'll get great work at a great price.

We never felt like we were living in a chaotic state, as we have with past contractors. The prep work was extraordinary! The crown molding was recaulked as were the baseboards.
