Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "

Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. "The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."
