"I had Jesse give me an estimate for a deck removal and concrete pad installation. Jesse was extremely professional and his price was perfect and in my price range. His work did not disappoint, nor did the communication. Deck was torn down and everything removed, the patio turned out better than I thought it would. I highly recommend Jesse for concrete work. "Their system is that they do a cement plug into your crawlspace after they put in a drainage system to eliminate any water in the crawlspace. They were a great, punctual, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was an excellent system, just a little too much for me. It was just no the correct solution for my crawlspace."

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."
