He responded in less than 12 hours from my phone call, came out the same day that he called and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He spent an hour with me teaching me about hot tub chemistry. I have been dealing with pools and hot tubs for 20 years, but learned more in that hour than I had learned in the previous 20 years. His price was very reasonable. I will be using him from now on for all of my hot tub needs.

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
