"We contracted with Curbman to perform ceramic tile demolition. The tile areas weren't tarped off correctly, which spread tile dust throughout the house, along with sharp pieces of tile. Tile dust can cause respiratory issues for anyone, and I have some pre-existing issues, so it's a big problem to have it spread through the house, in the HVAC system, etc. My wife also cut herself on a tile shard, as did a Curbman worker, who ended up going to the emergency room. As we negotiated with Curbman to clean up the dust and shards, the owner became angry and stopped work on the job. He demanded that we pay the remainder of the contracted amount to resume work, which violated the terms of the contract. We chose to take our business elsewhere and requested a refund of unspent funds, which we estimated to be $3000. The owner refused to provide receipts and tried adding costs that hadn't been written into our estimate. He offered us a $40 refund and stopped responding to communication."

Other contractor said bay window roof and flashing at the brick and siding transition needed replaced. Joey was the third person to check out my problem and he said tuck pointing and caulking was needed. He responds very quickly to set appointments for estimates and the actual work. He did a great job. He did not replace some bricks that the other contractor was going to replace, but Joey did the job for half the price. He caulked the 2 cracked bricks to keep water out."

This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."
