We went to Marble Uniques to look at some granite because we were going to remodel our kitchen, wet bar and butler bar, which was going to be a big project because we have a large kitchen. She walked us through everything. We looked at so many slabs of granite, we brought in two cabinet door samples of the color cabinets we were going to go with, so that way we could match the granite better. We finally found the color we were looking for, it was a process, but everyone was so patient. Krista would always say to us," It should Wow you when you see it" and it does! We also purchased our kitchen sink from them too.MU came out and did all the measuring. Then we went to MU to look at the template to see how everything was going to look and make any changes that we may have wanted to make before they did the fabricating, and within a few weeks they were installing our granite! The whole entire staff from Krista our sales person to the guys that installed the granite were wonderful.
We were only able to do the kitchen and butler bar at that time, but now we are getting ready to finish our wet bar and bathroom vanity and Marble Uniques will be doing that for us too! I would absolutely, highly recommend Marble Uniques to everyone! We had a huge project and they were with us every step of the way and were so helpful, courteous and so easy to work with. Our Kitchen looks absolutely beautiful and amazing!!! Thank you Marble Uniques for a great job well done!!
Thank you

The people at the showroom were very nice, and patiently walked us around their working shop, to see the remnants and full size pieces. As we needed just a small piece, the remnants department was the place to go. We put a hold on the stone and thought about it for a few days with very little pressure.
After 3 days, we decided to go for the stone at Marble Uniques. Upon calling, our template was scheduled, which went just as scheduled. A week or so later, our fabricated top arrived. It was installed in a very professional manner.
Soap stone is a great material, and Marble Uniques was one of the few companies in the area that had it. Overall, we are very pleased with the result.
Bottom line, most of the workers do not know what they are doing or it would not take 4 trips to install. Ridiculous. They were not apologetic, but rather acted like our time did not matter.
They made 4 trips to our house and cancelled one, so I took off of work 5 days of work. We were continually told by the salesman, JJ, they would make it right. Today they said they would not give us any discount, but a gift card for $150 to a restaurant. We weren't expecting much, but you know $200-300 would have been a nice gesture. Even if they would have given us $150 off, it would have been better than a lousy gift card which I am sure we won't actually receive as he is not a man that keeps his word. No apologies... no nothing... I would say shop around...granite pricing does not differ that much, make sure they have experienced installers they would send to your house. Both of us work in jobs that is client related and this organization is not customer friendly.

A supervisor called last night and told my husband he would give us $250 off the price for all of the inconvenience. Not sure if he saw the review, or was actually finally returning a message we left several days prior. Was a nice gesture. Not sure who is running the shop of installers, but I think they need to manage/train/supervise them better.
We then were able to find a remnant piece big enough for our 2 bathrooms that was very pretty.
The kitchen, and bathroom sinks we got were beautiful.
We went to the showroom and their selection is fantastic of different slabs and designs. We ended up picking a higher level of granite than we initially were going to use and the owner and our salesperson were very nice and helped us out a little with the price.
The installation process went over without a hitch and the finished product is AMAZING! My wife loves to cook and it has been in for several weeks now and she can't stop smiling every time she uses the kitchen.
I would highly recommend using Marble Uniques to anybody considering new countertops. Granite is simply the best you can get and I don't see how another company could beat Marble Uniques.
