"Called to have this company come out and give bid for granite installation for my kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace.  I called and left a voice mail message and Paula the designer called me back about 4 days later.  Very nice and professional on the phone. Warned me that it would take 1 week to have someone come out to measure for a bid and installations were backed up until July.   I couldn't wait 3 months for installation.   Sounds like they need to hire more help.   I was disappointed because I really wanted to go with this company so I had to place my order elsewhere.   They are too busy for more work so I would pass on this company if you're looking.
