"Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. The entire process took about 4 days, I believe. All of the workers were very polite and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. A sump pump (which required a new electrical outlet) was added, along with something called an EZ Breathe system (for my basement) was also added. I was very pleased with the work that was done. "I’m a 70 year old Senior. I had sagging at the end of my hall, in my 3-BR ranch home. I got five other quotes, none of which suggests a problem with my foyer or kitchen. They sent out some 20 something young man -that clearly did not know what he was doing to complete my main beam replacement project. I mentioned to David (the 20 something) and his assistant IMMEDIATELY, that my kitchen cabinets had pulled away from the wall and the foyer was tilting. Several times. He assured me that he would run the beam right up under the kitchen between the kitchen and the foyer, to the garage door —to correct it! I had an intense disagreement with him when he tried to leave and did not make any attempt to correct the damage. The damage they had caused. I used my burial money to correct this sagging in the hall-and they left me with a huge problem with my foyer and kitchen that WASN’T THERE BEFORE, that they caused, & knew they caused. Indiana foundation, now Groundworks, sent Blake to my house under the guise of completing my first adjustment to the main beam, and as I had instructed them, to formulate their repair project based on a certified Home Inspection Specialist that I had hired to let me know what, specifically, Ind Found. should do to correct the serious problem they created. They promised to schedule the repair work at that time, but have ghosted to me ever since coming to see the damage they caused and formulate the repair. I have not been able to get in contact with them since; I’ve left numerous v-mails and texts. They have no integrity towards my project and nor will they have ANY integrity towards yours."

This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. Would definitely recommend this company to others."

"I would NEVER use this company for a job. Got a quote, when they came out to do the work they said it would be twice as much as the quote. When I called in to escalate to find out why. They said that guy now doesn't work for the company but since I am existing customer I have to go thru the customer experience department to get someone else to come out AND no one ever returns my calls. They insulated the basement and crawl space of our 1893 Plantation home and now our said rooms are warm and inviting. "First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

"Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"
