Tree removal is safer with an arborist, especially if the tree you’re taking down is diseased or infested. Stump grinding is done to a safe depth that won’t cause your lawn to collapse over time, and other services are all backed by greater experience and expertise. If you want truly expert-level service, opt for an arborist.

Dead trees are structurally compromised and prone to branch or trunk failures—falling limbs or the entire tree can pose significant safety risks to people, nearby structures, and vehicles. In addition, dead trees can harbor termites and other pests, which may spread to other trees or even your home. Dry, dead wood is also highly flammable, increasing the risk of fires spreading to homes and across landscapes.

Palm trees aren’t much different than your typical tree removal. Removing a palm tree is a standard procedure as long as pros have the proper tools and supplies. For DIYers, however, there are some risks associated with palm tree removal. Palm trees have spiky fronds, bark, and patches of hefty wood. So, it’s best to let an experienced tree service pro remove a palm tree.
