He and his crew came out right away prior to a storm a couple of days later, (which would have certainly caused the limb to finish breaking within the tree), and got the limbs cut, not just on the tree of concern, but also trees in other parts of my yard. He was able to come within the next day to remove 2 stumps. Much to my surprise, the price I paid was lower than what I had already agreed to over the phone. Once he got to the location of the stumps and saw that the stumps were smaller than what I had described, he then lowered the price from the quote we agreed to over the phone. "Was an emergency.  Not one other company bothered to call me back when I got a hold of these folks.  They happened to be right near by and did the work that day.  I wasn't there when the work was done.  They could have done a little better job on the tree and the price was a little steep, but it was an emergency and they were the only game in town.  I will use them again because my regular tree guy still hasn't called me back.
