"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"Was pleased with work that was done. Brandon and Thomas arrived around 8:30am and was finished around 4pm. Old air conditioner ran consistently.....excited that I now have cool house without air conditioner running all the time. Brandon also checked to make sure furnace was working. Both were congenial and kept me informed of work progress. Appreciated them coming on very warm day....not comfortable in upstairs attic! Also, appreciate helpful customer service reps and Heath the Company Rep who came out earlier and explained price, warranties and install info."

Professional, kind, worked quickly and efficiently, and even came back out to swap out one of my ceiling fans after install when it turned out the light wasn’t working as it should due to a malfunction of the ceiling fan hardware (had nothing to do with their work, the ceiling fan hardware itself that allowed the lights to dim was messed up and after I got a replacement fan and they installed it, it’s up and running beautifully!}. "I hired them to upgrade an old fuse box to a standard 200 amp panel in an old house, plus reroute some wiring to the rooms and install some wall-mounted electric heaters. Everything went well, except I later discovered that three of the outlets in one room were routed to the incorrect circuit. Not a huge deal, but it does affect where I can plugin things like space heaters without tripping a breaker. Additionally, I found that one light switch had too many wires for the size box used which needed replaced with a bigger one - also not a big deal but it was a minor mistake that needed fixed when I went to have the light fixture installed, and it means the electrician made a second small mistake. Therefore I consider these two mistakes to add up to a 0.5 star reduction in the review. Overall, still a good job."

"Shawn did a great job with my electtic repairs and replacement requests. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and precise. He changed out 3 vanity lights, repaired and replaced some bad outlets. He even fixed an outlet that was turning lights on and off by itself. I was very impressed with his expertise and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electric work done."
