"NOT TERMITES, but RACCOON LATRINE! The tech was GREAT; however, she checked with her regional manager and I would have to have the house rewired (some of it upstairs is tube and wire) before they could begin cleaning up the raccoon poop, etc., and then sanitize, and do insulation. p.s. Two other insulation companies, who wouldn't do the cleanup of raccoon poop, etc., would not do insulation unless the house was rewired."

You can also opt to skim-coat plaster for between $0.90 and $1.30 per square foot, which may serve you better in the long run.
