"I usually keep matters like this private, but after weeks of being ignored, I feel I have no choice. On July 26th, I was forced off the road by a driver in an Indiana Foundation Company vehicle (US DOT #1387693). The driver swerved into my lane, causing me to hit a curb and damage my car. I spoke with Pat Diehl, General Manager, who told me to email my information so their insurance could follow up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response at all. If this is how Indiana Foundation Company handles situations caused by their employees, it makes me question how they run their business and how they treat their customers. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress.
