I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. Brad and Mike were great in keeping us informed of scheduling, and rescheduling-- due to the uncooperative weather! The transport company was also very good at maneuvering the shed through the yard and into place. We love our new shed! Putting the hard-wire down and put stalling up but, I told them at the end I wanted him to go match my textured ceiling. Instead, left it flat and bare, really noticeable- only for friendliness and price would I consider calling them."
