Spa had major plumbing leak, likely from freezing last winter. Probably due to my incomplete draining last fall. Carefree spent several manhours over three visits finding the leak and raising the tub to get at and replace the broken piping. After refilling to see if leak was fixed, I found another small leak that Carefree could not have noticed, since the tub was empty for their repair work. I was able to easily fix that. Spa now fixed and working correctly.
Carefree readily honored a 10% coupon that reduced the final cost.
Service was timely and efficient. As with every service in today's economic world, I wish cost was less. But understandable, considering time spent.
Overall, very pleased with the work.
pricing for a future purchase, and the sale they were having was too
good to pass up. The salesperson we talked to was very knowledgeable
about the product and wasn't pushy at all. We ended up spending a lot
less than we thought we would. Delivery and set up went very well. We
had some issues with the electrical on our end, but the crew walked us
through what to do to get everything started. They even called to check
on us to make sure everything was up and running and walked us through
start up over the phone as well. No issues after 2 months and we are
very happy with our purchase.
