"Tracy was contacted on Monday and he reviewed the project on Tuesday afternoon. He and his crew were back on Friday as was agreed. They were "on time" and demonstrated a thoroughness in their efforts to stretch the carpets in the proper manner and were extremely diligent to install the living room custom edging to our great satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the end results. We definitely will use their service when we have more flooring needs.

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"Everything went great from the start! Paula our salesperson was fantastic. She educated us about granite, and really worked with us to get what we wanted at the best price. She also setup a plumber to connect up the plumbing to our new sink and disposal. Pete the owner was also great to work with. He did the final measurements and helped us layout our counters on the slabs. The installation crew; Wes, Nolan & Ali were also great. They were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They covered the floors, were careful to ensure they didn't damage anything, and really cleaned up after they finished."

"I contacted Hawk Tile after reading good reviews on Angie's List. I knew that I wanted a tile backsplash, but I didn't know much about what materials I needed or how much of them. Tena was very helpful in setting up a time to come do an estimate in person, and was able to give me some suggestions on tile selection, color, and material. The estimate was very reasonable, so I hired them! After I selected my tile, they picked up all of the necessary tile and other materials needed for the job, which was a huge help to me. Tony and his son arrived right on time and were very respectful of my home and my schedule. They made some suggestions for improvements, which turned out to be fantastic! The workmanship is outstanding, and they are very neat...cleaning up after themselves after each day's work. What I especially liked was that Tony and Tena did not hesitate to answer questions, provide suggestions, and give input based on their years of tile experience. But I always felt that they supported whatever my choices were. I also appreciate that their estimate was very detailed, so I always knew exactly what I was paying for and never felt like any of the charges were at all out of line. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

"The service did not turn out well. They sent 4 people out for the service. We previously had one cleaning person who could clean my home within 4 hours. This company could not even clean the whole house in the four time frame. They were certainly not as efficient as the other company w had used and they did not do a thorough job in the areas they had worked on."
