"Swimmingly—professional and thorough. Went the extra mile and even dealt with an unexpected problem. I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again. Cost total reported included the materials."

"The person who came out and gave an estimate for the work was very accurate in his measurements and was very courteous. They gave us the lowest quote, so we called a couple of weeks later to set up the time for them to work on it. They came to do the work at the scheduled time. They explained what they would be doing and when they were done showed the work to me. There must have been some lack of communication somewhere because the crew that came to do the work didn't know they would have to be tearing out a couple of walls to get the trench dug out. They did it anyway and everything was installed and working great so far, though we haven't had a rainfall yet. The only complaint that we have is that they left a lot to clean up, but I think that was partly because they hadn't planned on cutting out a couple of walls. The price was so low though that if they had planned on that I think the estimate would have been a lot higher. So for that price, we could do the cleanup without too much complaining. This is a company we would definitely hire again.

"WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND  HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!! IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER BUT HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US TILL HE ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB. HE AND HIS CREW  GOT RIGHT TO IT AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY.
