"He told me what time he was coming and came right on the dot. He knew exactly what kind of tree I have and was very knowledgeable about when to cut it and what can happen if I cut it too early. I had had a power outage in my garage and I inquired whether the tree roots could be causing some electrical issues. He told me he didn't know, but the best part was that he spent 45 extra minutes investigating the garage and told me EXACTLY what to tell the electrician when I have them come out.
