At NuFlow Indy, our specialty is sewer line repair utilizing trenchless methods. We help our customers save time and money, typically over 20-50% vs dig solutions (which we also do). We proudly offer military and first responder discounts as well! Trenchless sewer pipe repairs allow us to restore drain lines and sewer pipes without having to tear up your residence or commercial building. Because of this, the process offers many benefits, including: *Repairs usually take only a couple of hours. *Less-intrusive techniques mean saving landscaping, flooring, and walls in homes & businesses. *Efficient services save our customers time and money. Trenchless repairs meet industry standards and local utility standards, which are permanent. Nu Flow Indy also has specialized equipment for: *High Definition Self Leveling Camera Inspections. *Cleaning 100% of the pipe, not just poking a hole so water flows for a few more weeks. * Fixing your problem with either Dig or No Dig solutions. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a free quote!

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

We offer an alternative to excavating your yard, landscaping, sidewalk or driveway when sewer laterals are clogged with excessive root intrusion and waste-water is backing up in your home or place of business. We will install a new joint-less pipe with in your existing pipe without excavation. Dramatically decreasing the repair time compared to the traditional method of digging and replacing. We offer the most technological advanced services for inspection, drain cleaning and rehabilitation available for home and business owners. We will work with you to find a solution that fits your needs and budget, while offering a 50 year warranty on all re-lined pipes.

"Fantastic job! Three days from start to finish: minimal excavation and disruption to the yard and a friendly, fast, and professional team. They asked if they needed clarification for anything, were clear and prompt with communication, no run around trying to get them here. No more root-clogged pipes! It was fascinating to see them put in the new pipe liners and watch on the video as the machine cured the pipe in place. Thanks again to Steve, Chase, and Sam for their hard work and getting it done so well."

Since 1971, the Moore Restoration team has been helping clients restore their properties after disasters of all kinds. We understand our customers’ need for fast and reliable service in order to get back to everyday life. Unscheduled repair work is hard to manage. You need experienced restorers like Moore Restoration in charge of the project who understand your specific situation. Moore Restoration proudly offers the highest quality and up-to-date services in disaster related areas, including: - Mold remediation - Fire, smoke, water, or sewer damage - Emergency board-up from fire, water, and wind damage - Structural repair and restoration - Contents removal, cleaning, and restoration - Water extraction, drying, and dehumidification - Deodorization and decontamination - Carpet, upholstery, area rug and mini-blind cleaning - Heat ventilation and air conditioning duct cleaning - Structure damage from vandalism - And infrared thermography

"Let me tell you about the experience we had with Moore Restoration. NOT SO GOOD! Although it has been 4 years ago we thought we would write a review anyway. Some things you never get over. The workers themselves that did the actual physical work were VERY NICE! They did attic squirrel clean up, and mold, and Very expensive . $20,000 out of our pocket because the insurance company does not pay for this kind of work. The Management foreman over the team, from the owner, to the project manager, and other clerical people we talked to in the office were VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MEAN! Let me start out by asking How many of you out there would not be angry and unhappy if Moore Restoration quit in the middle of finishing everything that was in the contract that you signed, and left to go start another project elsewhere because they could make more money? that is exactly what happened to us here in Anderson, Indiana. Yes, this is not only a restoration company, but also an emergency service, SO BEWARE! The project manager said they had an emergency at a church one week. The next week they went to Cincinnati because of tornadoes. We waited naively thinking they would call and give us some idea where we would be on the list to finish. We realized after two weeks that probably not going to happen .How long was there emergency going to last? All SUMMER! And get this, we are in the middle of trying to put our house on the market but could not get a sign in the yard till they finished the job. The job had an extra add on in the contract to fix something on the roof due to squirrel damage and bad ventilation. This was becoming an undue hardship for us, and we did not even get an apology. Add that to the fact Project Manager could decide on his own discretion if the job could be completed because I, (Mrs.Simpson) became angry and upset the day they finally came out to pick up their equipment they had left behind from two weeks before. The Project Manager would not try to be flexible, and give me a date to be completed. He said I was unrealistic. I even called his boss before he came and it did not help either. He then used the excuse that he was afraid to return and have the job finished. My guess is that he has been through this before with some other customers before after reading some of the complaints on internet and did not really want to finish the job anyway. EXCUSES! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! IN conclusion, believe me, this company in response to this review if they dare, will not only me, but anyone else who becomes upset and unhappy, will make the customer sound as bad as they can to defend themselves. The owner never returned our messages, so I guess he was okay with how it was handled. Yes, the contract may say things can change with the weather, but we never thought we would be left in a mess because of it. Now the excuse is me the customer. I had a great attitude until they decided to pull a fast one on us. In the end for us, they only cared about the BIG COMPANY MONEY! Their emergencies come first before the LITTLE GUY! They had to have the money up front to even get started. Then when they had our money, and we signed the contract they can do anything they want. We would not recommend this company for restoration. Emergencies come first for them. Keep that in mind! BEWARE! Cindy and Alan Simpson, Anderson, Indiana. June 26, 2019"

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

A sewer cleanout typically looks like a white or gray PVC pipe with a removable cap. It's often located either in your yard or basement, depending on your home's plumbing configuration. The cleanout pipe is designed to provide easy access to your sewer system for maintenance and inspections. It may be flush with the ground or slightly elevated, making it distinguishable from other pipes. When you remove the cap, you can access the sewer line directly or determine its direction, which can be helpful when you need to locate your sewer line from your house to the street.

Black Friday, also known as the day after Thanksgiving, is one of the busiest days of the year for plumbers. Plumbing pros receive many service requests for clogged drains, garbage disposal issues, and clogged sewer lines. Don’t hesitate to call a plumber on Black Friday if you experience emergency plumbing problems.

Thankfully, it’s pretty rare to find a rat in your toilet. It’s more likely in larger cities with big sewer systems that can be feeding grounds for rats, but even then, you still shouldn’t fret.

“I wouldn’t worry too much about rats coming up through the sewers,” Bradshaw says. “I’d say only one out of a thousand rodent customers we get actually have this problem. And of the 20 or some customers that have had this happen, they’ve all only had just one rat come up this way.”

It is safe to flush small amounts of bleach down the toilet. Don’t flush more than ¼ cup of bleach. Instead, consider diluting it and pouring it down the sink drain.

If you leave liquid drain cleaner for too long, it will start breaking down your drainpipes. The chemicals in these cleaners can cause cracks, corrosion, and leaks in your pipes. They can also damage plumbing fixtures and even cause environmental damage if left too long without rinsing away.
