"They contacted me quickly. They were ready to come the next day, but I put them off a day to prepare. Dennis, the plumber, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and left everything clean. I asked for advice about some other plumbing problems and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. "The consultation visit was great. Mr. Lott was knowledgeable and went over the options. The installation team was great. Friendly, clean and did a great job. My only issue is that we reviewed where the tankless water heater was being installed including the electrical outlet, yet I had to use an extension cord to plug the unit in after installation. Now I am going to have move the electrical for the unit. For the price I paid I would have expected this to be done for me."
