Dan gave a reasonable estimate after coming to my home and looking at the 30' section of rotted wooden exterior trim I wanted to have removed and replaced with PVC. The next business day, he he performed a thorough job.

They did a great job replacing our patio ceiling. I plan on using them again.

Our deck substructure and surface had large areas of wet rot making it unsafe in some areas,particularly on our large 150 sq ft corner stair section. Dan called me within an hour of posting the job on Angi, came to our home an hour later, and sent me a quote by the end of the day. Within a week and a half Dan and his team came to our home to begin the work. The demo required was extensive and had to be done carefully as we were keeping our rough sawn cedar railing and posts in place. After the demo, Dan carefully removed any remaining rotten areas of the substructure and rebuilt those areas to include completely rebuilding our large corner stairs to its original specs. His team also removed and replaced all of our remaining deck boards on the entire deck. This was complicated as they had to move our 8 person (1100lbs empty) hot tub around the deck to install new decking. When finished the deck looks great and also includes lighting we previously did not have! I highly recommend!

Dan and crew built a deck around my inground pool and they are great. The quality is top notch, the scheduling, the communication everything about the experience was outstanding. Will hire them again if i need anything done!

Had an above ground pool installed on a slope in our backyard. We wanted a deck built halfway around our pool and wanted something designed and built to match our sunroom as an extension of our backyard. We contacted Dan and not only was he happy to come out and take some measurements but also gave us some great ideas for a deck and a privacy fence for around the pool. Once Dan and his crew got started they kept us up to date on the build and made sure any questions we had were fully answered. It's hard to interview and hire a contractor now a days but Dan made us feel very comfortable with the design process and overall build. We now have a very nice composite deck around our pool that is very well built and looks great at a very affordable price. I will definitely recommend Dan and his crew for any deck builds or jobs that you just need an honest opinion or quote.

Dan was punctual he came when he said he was going to. He clean up after himself everyday, there was some minor inconveniences but when I called Dan came out and fix the problem!

Dan was reliable and accommodating. He disassembled our roof top deck so we could have our roof repaired. He reinstalled our deck with improvements to the railing, lighting and the deck surround. In addition, he installed a fence in our backyard. We liked the contemporary look of it and are confident it will hold up for years.

I guess they had good intentions but the work was subpar. The deck looks awful. I had to hire someone else to fix it. Exterior Clean Home Service seemed less expensive but it did cost me extra to fix the deck.

Dan was AMAZING ! He communicated promptly and got stuff within 24 hours....he even went the extra mile and got me a report to provide to my mortgage company....very very very highly recommend his services...

We had an agreed upon project he looked at it and verified the materials needed he then contacted me asking for a date to complete the project and he was able to come over and do the work while I was not home, once i finally arrived home three days later I saw that the work was completed but very poorly, he placed new wood over rotten wood and everything will have to be redone.

He got to our project quickly and did a great job.

Getting an invoice for the completed project took longer than it should've. When I received the invoice to send to my homeowner insurance company it was dated 9/27/2021
