"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

He installed new shower heads in both bathrooms, installed over 40 handles on the new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixed the bedroom window with parts ordered from Anderson, caulked nails on the roof and flashing, helped me clean the vent in the bathroom, and even changed burned out bulbs because I can't get up on a ladder. He spent his whole day here, did a fabulous job, and I can't thank him enough."

"The bathroom remodel was in April 2018. The job was finished one day later than described and that was unavoidable because I live in a very old house. Larry and Augie were absolute gentlemen, talented and skillful, and the job was cleaned up every day before they left. They arrived on time, took their lunches and breaks nearly to the minute and kept me informed every day of what was happening. The family room remodel will be completed next week when the bar top is installed and this job went exactly the same as the bathroom. Tommy and Eddie were also complete gentlemen and also very skillful and creative because in this old home creativity was a necessity to overcome some obstacles. Andy, the project manager, continually made his presence known and I felt very comfortable contacting him for any thoughts or questions I had. I would most definitely use Apex again."

He wanted to go back and bring but said it will be on our time and the mileage plus the $40.00 charge. Fortunately NIPSCO GUY happened to be around and he found the small leak. Reichelt didn’t do anything except to cut a small piece of drywall to tighten a pipe per NIPSCO guy. After an hour of standing and doing nothing he handed a bill for $254.00. We had to use our credit card to get rid of the guy ASAP. Otherwise if you let him stay in our house any longer we may have to sell our house to pay these money hungry thieves. BEWARE of this unscrupulous company STAY AWAY."
