AdvantaClean.com My technicians (Jose Garcia & Kyle) are some of the hardest workers that I have seen in a long time. I had a very serious mold problem in the crawl space of my home. It was causing me to have severe headaches, runny eyes, and respiratory problems. When they began work on my home, they put me at ease by letting me know "not to worry that they would take care of the problem". They were absolutely correct! The very first day after they started to work, I noticed a marked change from what they had accomplished after only one day. I was actually able to sleep through the entire night without waking up and without a major mold headache incidence. I love working in old homes...I was raised in a 1910 home on the Old North side and got an early start repairing it.I usually end up friends with most clients and I like the family feel that can develop..it keeps me coming back as needed. If I had to specialize in 1 or 2 things they might be old front doors that never seem to work and leading teams of tradespeople to get a remodel project done on time and under budget...project management.

He also checked the house for anything that needed to be prepared for the winter - found a cement block that had worked its way out of the foundation a little bit, and sealed it well with a concrete filler that will keep it from moving anymore (much less expensive than a major foundation repair). He would have repaired a dripping tub faucet, but he couldn't get the water line turned off (our plumber was able to take care of it, but notified the water company of the problematic valve). He had to wait for warmer weather to repair the cement block, but he kept track of it & called us as soon as warmer weather was predicted without our having to follow up with him. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work and time involved."
