cleaned 6 rooms, hall and stairs. Did a great job. Let us know there was a special sale going for the rooms and to spray the floors for the pets.

This is the second time we have used them. We are well pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased. My carpets never looked better since they were new.

The man who came out was not capable of doing the job. The carpet was cleaned in about 10minutes and he was sweating all over the carpet. He tripped over the hose and sprained his ankle. The company then sent another worker out to complete the job and he completely stretched the carpet he was scrubbing so hard. I've never had the carpets look so bad in the past. They won't even return my calls regarding the complaint. The fact that they won't call the customer back is awful. They won't receive repeat business that way.

I responded to a flyer. No Angie's List report available so I took my chances b/c it seemed like a good price. They were prompt, got the sofa cleaned. Applied some barrier/coating, which seems to have held up against a few spills so far.

The experience was very good. There are a couple of stains that came back up and they are coming back to take care of it.

Grout was gray/brown with age/dirt and afterwards was restored to original white color in most areas. 2 months later, grout still looks good. Service was done quickly and professionally.

The rugs I had cleaned were cleaned previously by a well-known company and they came back with dirty, stiff fringe. SteamExpress does them at your house, and they turned out pristine.He always comes when he says he will, he is fast, he is good, his prices are more than reasonable. What more can you ask for?

I called on a Monday to receive an estimate and received a call back the same day. We we able to discuss what needed to be done over the phone and was given an approximate cost. We scheduled the appointment at that time. The owner arrived on time for the appointment and was able to complete the cleaning in less than 2 hours.

The service is great; our carpet looks good! The cars all look new inside, pet hair, coffee stains removed very nicely. These gentlemen are very responsive; will use these guys again.

We called after our basement got water in it. Even though he was backed up for two weeks, he arrived at our house in one hour when we told him my elderly father has COPD and we were worried about mold growing. He might have been, literally, a lifesaver. One week later, we have no mold, the carpet is dry, and we are grateful for the incredibly quick response and excellent job. And look at the price - only $96 for two trips to our house.

Steam Express gave us an estimate $30-40 less than two other companies we called. They came within two days of our call, exactly when they said they would, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
