It couldn't have turned out any better or made us any happier.  Tom completely remodeled an existing master bathroom.   He removed water damaged wallboard and flooring and bathtub.  He rebuilt everything and and built a walk-in shower that looks beautiful.   Tom was very well organized.  He left no mess....was very neat and tidy.   I really appreciate the way he communicated the process and let me know days in advance when I would need to make certain decisions that would impact his work.  
The final result looks exactly as I had hoped it would look.  Tom does great work, has a high degree of integrity and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

the attic ladder was installed. The job was completed and the ladder worked well when finished. An excellent job.

I called and left a message. He called back immediately. he gave me an estimate over the phone. we set up a time and he was 15 minutes early. he was very nice did a great job he was very methodical didn't rush things. i would hire him again without any hesitation. called me back a few days later to see if the door was still working properly and if i was satisfied. To call back on such a small job tells me he takes his work very seriously

It was a small job. He did a good job. It was done earlier this year. The main thing was that they responded very expediently and got the work done very quickly. I think we called them, set a date and a week later they came out and got the job done. I think it was just a couple of hours, it was a short job really. They did exactly what we told them to do. We are fully satisfied with them.

TRW was highly reommendded to us. Had to wait 3 weeks for project to begin but once started they worked every day in 90+ heat, were punctual, explained issues with old siding and insulation, and did excellent work.

Tom did a wonderful job! He explained exactly what he was doing during the installation. He also gave some painting tips to my son! He is terrific! He is my new handyman and plan on using for little and big projects with my new home in the future.

Mr. Tom Winders answered my call on May 24, and took down all the relevant details (size of hole, location on roof, etc.). He promised that someone would call me back that day about the repair. That evening, the roofer, Kirby Mitchell, called to arrange a time to come to our house. The next morning (May 25), Mr Mitchell arrived promptly on time. He found that an area of the roof near the gutters had rotted out, leaving the hole. He took about 1 hour to patch the hole, including building a new wooden support layer to replace the rotted area and applying new shingles.

Very good and reliable.

We spent about $200 on that service. They were prompt and the prices were reasonable. The workers that came out and did the work were great.

Even though the work was extended over a couple of months, Mr. Winders always completed each task, if necessary, before the end of the day. He is a professional. For example: He could have replaced our leaf guards and moved on to another task but he recognized that our gutters were in good condition but needed additional work. He sealed the seams, tightened and cleaned the gutters before installing the new guards. When he replaced our skylights, he used the assistance of a roofer to ensure good workmanship. He used the services of an air conditioning/heating specialist when fabricating the bracket for the air filter. I don't believe Mr. Winders would be offended if I referred to him as a perfectionist. He does excellent work. If you don't believe it, look at his pickup truck.

He is a really good guy. He is honest, and he does good work. He is very careful of your house. I'm really glad I found him. I don't know any other contractor that has worked for me for my insurance company the way he has. He has gone way and beyond anything he would necessarily have to do. My insurance company was being difficult, but he has dealt with that nicely.

He is currently helping us with a large home issue due to a leak. He has been great helping us work with our insurance company. He helped me tear up the kitchen floors because they were damaged by the water as well. He is so wonderful and conscientious. He is always very good about cleaning up after himself and puts up dust barriers when working in the home.

We had had a company come out and take care of our termites and then suggested that we have someone to work underneath of our house. They were on time to do the job, but sometimes it would be a few days until they got back to us.

I really enjoy having Tom do work for us. He is very responsible and meticulous, my kind of guy. When he leaves you would never even guess that he was there to do a job, everything is cleaned and back in place. His work is of the highest quality, something that is hard to find today.

Tom is the most honest, reliable person I have obtained from your list. His work is professional and price reasonable. He also found my dryer vent was not in need of cleaning, and chimney was fine. (with no charge) This honesty convinces me he is the one person I will always call upon, and plan to hire him again in 2008. I rate him an "A" in all categories.
