We hired Ductz to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. The two young men who serviced us were prompt and efficient. They wore masks and gloves, and practiced social distancing while in our house. We thought they did a wonderful job for us!

Terrific service - both men were cleanly dressed and professional. Great personalities and they even wore shoe cover ups while in our utility room to finish their work. One of the team members was kind enough to assist my wife while she vacuumed behind the dryer and then pushed it back in its proper place. That act of kindness and patience makes a grade A service become a grade A+ experience.

Our dryer vent was visibly blocked. Left a message w/ Ductz, and received a return call w/in 5min. They had their team out that very same day! FURTHER, I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I wanted to possibly get setup on an annual cleaning plan, and he explained to me that it was likely not necessary and a waste of money. Rather, I should have them come back out to look in 1 year, and from there he could tell me how often our vents actually needed cleaned. SUPER NICE, SUPER HONEST!

Excellent! Chris came out to give me an estimate very promptly. Cost was similar to another bid I got, but I appreciated that he came out to our home to give an estimate. They got me on the schedule for duct cleaning but I was really in more immediate need of dryer vent cleaning so they did that ahead of the other cleaning and did not have me pay until the rest of the duct cleaning was done. The gentlemen who came to do the duct cleaning were extremely polite, pleasant and efficient. Every time their workers came right on time. We could not have had a better experience! Highly recommended!

Very reasonable and informative. Not only do they look things over, they advised us about our dryer vent. Which was very helpful and over and above what we expected. He told us exactly what parts we needed for our dryer. He cared more about us and our safety when he was describing what needed done. He was very honest. He took time to talk to us. We would recommend them to anyone, including family members.

Ductz of Noblesville cleaned the air ducts in two of my homes. They were professional, courteous and very respectful. They took before photos to show me the dirt, dog hair and dust they removed from my system, and after photos to show me my new clean ducts that are completely free of debris. I would refer Ductz to anyone that has been living within four walls for any amount of time. Since they cleaned my ducts, my home smells better and there is less dust for me to clean! I would highly recommend Ductz of Noblesville!

They were really good about cleaning everything had no problems. They do alot more then what people think. They did a really good job and are certified in what they do. They wont tear up your furnace like others, they know exactly what they're doing and if service ment arent careful like them you can really mess things up.

Didn't know what to expect since never been done before. 2 service men who were professional and answered out questions as work progressed. Didn't make a mess around the ducts. Arrived on time and finished in the amount of time that the job was estimated for. Estimate was done approx. a week to 10 days before.

Carlton came out to give an estimate within hours of me calling. His guys were able to make it back that same day to get the work done. This was part of a mold cleanup. The ducts had to be cleaned before we could get a furnace installed. Carlton was very helpful in getting the job done quickly so that we could get heat back in the house. All the guys at Ductz were very friendly and professional. I will use them again.

Similar experience to Mite-E-Ducts but I noticed dirt still on the duct covers and after mentioning it, they cleaned it. They gave me a discount because the furnace did not need cleaning (new install). The owner stopped by to inspect and give me a free estimate and followed up with me with the estimate.

My experience with them was far above superior. They were on time, they went right to the job. They communicated well with each other and with me. They respected my concerns and provided good service I met with Carlton (the Owner) after the 1st visit and we put a plan together to changed the dryer venting system. It's rare that I meet a service provider or business that displays a sincere interest in service, product knowledge, and meeting my needs. I was even ready to join his team so that I can revisit providing exceptional service.
