Mike, the owner, scheduled the cleaning quickly, and Alex did a great job. I have been using this company for about 7 years and have always been satisfied. He goes through the house with you and asks about specific stains or areas that need extra attention. You get a bottle of spot cleaner as well after each cleaning.

I talked with the owner initially and he was super helpful! He scheduled my service and was very fair about the pricing. He did the entire house (2 stories) for one price including one set of stairs. My technician, Alex, was super nice and did a great job! I will use them again. When they left, they gave me a bottle of spot cleaner and a bar of soap. I was very impressed with how this company did business.

I contacted Mike last week about cleaning my carpets. He was very friendly and professional. He took time to explain what was going to be done and how it was going to be done. We conversed about my needs, cost and scheduled a time. By the time I got off the phone with him, I KNEW my carpet was in good hands. I was actually excited and looking forward to the service! This guy is phenomenal. My carpet looks great and smells fresh! No surprise charges, quick and efficient personnel, and even a little parting gift!! AMERICAN CARPET CLEANERS were great to work with. My wife commented that the person (David I believe) they sent to our home was one of the nicest people she has ever met. He showed up on time and cleaned our carpets. This was a challenge as we have an older dog who is determined to destroy our carpets.
This company has a no extra charge policy for carpets. You pay the price agreed upon and that is it. The other providers seem to want to charge more for stains and additional work.
We had a great experience and would recommend them without reservation.

I have a lock box on the home so they can get in, I had a call they were on there way around 10 am I got there at 10.45am and there was no one to be found. I did find that they left a bottle of stain remover and 3 business cards. I walked in each room, each corner with socks on. I also left little lint particles so would be able to see if they cleaned it or not. They did not even clean and my socks were dry. I called the owner and he said Maybe it dried, i told him it wasnt cleaned at all. I was very upset and told him to cancell. the said he would still charge me the full amout if i did not give them a chance to rectify the situation. So i let them clean in and they did a crap job. I knew they would not do a good job. They said he left because his equipment had stopped working while he started to shampoo so he had to run back to the store. However I do not beleive that. Why would you pack everything back except the stain remover bottle and business cards.
I stood and waited on the guy to clean the carpets and he did not do a good job, he had only put 1 bucket of water and never changed it in a 3000Sq ft home. all empty and no frniture.
I do not truct them and the owner did nothing except threatend to charge me if I dont let them rectify it.

"Unfortunately, sometimes equipment breaks down. The water pump on our equipment had stopped working and we had to return to the shop to get a new piece of equipment. According to our records we have cleaned for you at either your private residence or one of your rentals on SIX separate occasions (not including this service) dating back to 2012 and never had a single issue or complaint. That's why your complaint is surprising. Since we had to come back to our shop to get new equipment it is company policy to always take all equipment with us. This is for several reasons. 1. We don't want to leave things that could possibly be stolen while we are away. 2. We don't want anyone to hurt themself on equipment that might be left out in our absence. We returned back with new equipment in less than an hour and cleaned the entire rental home wall to wall. As you know we offer a satisfaction guarantee if a customer is not happy with our work. You did not mention anything to us after we cleaned and did the final walk thru. Again, we are surprised with this issue since we have cleaned for you many times before without problem. We apologize for any problems you may have encountered and welcome the opportunity to clean for you again."

The cleaners did what they thought we wanted. My wife set it up, I just was there to let them in and make sure everything went well. Unfortunately there was a communication problem/misunderstanding. This was easily remedied though. I sent a message to the company and Mike (the owner) PROMPTLY responded and tried to call me. We spoke and straightened out the misunderstanding (on both sides). He even offered a full refund if we weren't happy with their service.
I must say that a little communication goes a LONG WAY. I am very pleased with how they worked with us to make sure things are good.
They are also on and quot;Indy's A Listand quot; at the top and that is why we initially went with them. Now I am quite happy that we made that choice. This is a company dedicated to ensuring the customer's happiness with their performance and service.

They arrived early after calling ahead. They were dressed professionally and were really friendly. They walked me through what I needed done and gave me upfront expectations on what they could deliver. Everything looked and smelled wonderful! Our white area rugs are white again! They even followed up to make sure we were happy with their service. I will definitely use them again...you should too!

It went great, they cleaned carpets. I was sure we would have to replace the carpets in our rental. I have never seen such dirty carpet. The came out and spot treated, cleaned the carpet and then deodorized our carpets. The technician was extremely courteous and very professional. Would highly recommend them to any one. They deserve an A++ for a review.

From the first time I called and talked to Mike I knew this company was going to do a wonderful job. They are a small business and being a small business owner myself I had high expectations and they went over and beyond my expectations. When they came to my house they were very friendly with my English Bulldog puppy who is afraid of the loud noises and to make her feel more comfortable they put the loudest noise farthest away from her. Keith was one of the guys here and he was very knowledgable about carpets and stains. My puppy had accidents in the house, on our mattress, and we also had a lot of high traffic areas that were almost black. The carpets and mattress look brand new and they look amazing! After they cleaned my puppy was able to run around on the carpet without me worrying about chemicals and my dog getting a reaction from the cleaner. I will NEVER use anyone else to clean my carpets at home or at my business and they don't only do the best job cleaning they are stand up people! Don't make the mistake of going somewhere else to get your carpets cleaned use AMERICAN CARPET CLEANERS!

The guys did an excellent job!! The carpets really were so dirty we thought we would have to replace them before moving back into house. American Carpet Cleaners made them look great. I actually felt like it made the house 100℅ cleaner.. Mike was great about calling me right back every time I called, very, very helpful. I will definetly be using them every time I need the carpets cleaned!!

It went awesome! I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The carpet had very dark, nearly black looking in some traffic areas - and pet odor as well. The carpet looked amazing! The traffic stains are completely gone - as well as the pet odor. I would highly recommend them in the future and plan to use them again. The owner is awesome too. Thank you!

We scheduled an appt prior to becoming Angie's List members, so we were unable to see the reviews. After becoming members we read all reviews and felt better about our choice. Technician arrived on time, was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do, even offering some suggestions for the future. He cleaned all carpets and furniture and cleaned up after himself. All pricing was up front. One price for the whole house. Love It!! Would highly recommend to all friends and family and will use again in the near future.

American Carpet Cleaning provided cleaning, deorderizing and spot cleaning for our wall-to-wall carpet. The technician was timely, and provided an excellent explanation of the service prior to the work. The cleaning job was more than satisfactory and left our carpet as clean as could be expected. We will definitely use them again.

Technician cleaned the traffic areas and where I had moved some furniture. Flat rate for one floor regardless of size. Some of the pet stains came back but that was pretty much expected. Did a good job overall.

We have had them come out to clean our carpets several times and will NEVER use another company. The price is all-inclusive so there are no surprise charges for stains or hallways or anything else. They do a BEAUTIFUL job cleaning our carpets that are used and abused daily by our children and pets.
