We restore homes and lives following any biohazard spills such as blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases, as well as severe clutter and hoarding. Our specialty cleaning services also help remediate tear gas, fingerprint dust, obnoxious odors, rodent and animal issues and more serious conditions like Ebola, C-Diff and MRSA. Our biohazard services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our hoarding cleanup services are available 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with some jobs requiring overtime and in extreme situations weekend work. Our services are available for residential, commercial and automobiles which includes cars, trucks, motor-homes, buses, semi trucks, planes and even boats. Steri-Clean Northern Indiana is owned and operated by two brothers whose passion it is to serve our community and others with a sincere sense of humanity in everything we do. This is our core value. "These people are NOT pros. They get paid $8.00/ hour, straight from them. All we heard is how cheap Eldred was and hate their jobs.They started by not bringing garment boxes, crushed 5, $1,800.00 suits into a 2x2 box. There was over $16,000.00 in missing items, (although I submitted a claim for less because I didn’t check my hand tool boxes ), mostly Milwaukee Power tools. A Korean Jewelry box, valued at $1,800. My black leather coat and more. They went into every dresser drawer looking for more and they got more items in there. They dented and damaged both, the washer and dryer. We are both disabled and took off with our safety ladder and Left a bed un assembled. We Did file a police report. All six were called in, but nobody ratted anyone out. We Filed a claim. They just ignored it. After calling old man Eldred, we were told,(by him), he’d look at it. Turned out, he took off for Florida a few days later. DO NOT HIRE THESE AMATEURS. Remember this:..What goes on that truck, is NO guarantee it’s coming off."

It has been said that the three most stressful things in life are dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truly make us a service company. "At first i was greatly disappointed. Very unprofessional- bait and switch. Was quoted around 500-515 dollars by a lady in the corporate office so I went forward with them. Little did I know on the front end there was some hidden fees. They charge you 100 dollars extra for gas, even though our move was 5 minutes away...that's absurd. Also they charge you extra for furniture pads and saran wrap. But wait there is more! They broke our ping pong table and never filled out the paper work like they said they would! I had to contact them and the owner was unaware of the ping pong table being broken. They also never contacted me until 4 days later and quoted me 790 dollars, 270-290 dollars higher than I was quoted JR the Owner made it right and took off 50 dollars for gas and didn't charge us for the furniture pads and saran wrap as long as we didn't file a claim for the ping pong table. I added a star because JR is a reasonable man and owner but the way they do business is sub par. Also their movers are good people and they work hard but didn't tell their owner of the damaged item. Overall they have a few things to fix before I would call them again."
