VSB PROFESSIONAL PROTECTIVE SERVICES

Had to call them 3 times to remind them to show up. They finally arrived, but in a Penske truck to remove our trash. They said the Owner, Gary Rickert, would be by later to pick up the check. He did come by and asked I make the check out to VSB Protective Services. I did so on the promise he would provide a receipt showing ABC Hauling on it. A week passed and still no receipt. I contacted him and he told me he was not going to provide me a receipt. I put a stop payment on the check and informed him of this until he provided us with his end of the deal. He called 27 times threatening both myself and my husband. We told him we had every intention in paying, but we needed a receipt. That was the deal. He then agreed on a date and time to meet to be paid. I took him cash in exchange for the receipt. As I was leaving he yelled "thanks for paying the wrong amount you stupid *explicit*! I got back out of my truck and asked him to count it again. He refused, drew his hand back as if to hit me and told me to get off his property or he would slap me in the *explicit* face. I left (with my 2 children in the car the whole time) and filed a police report against him (just incase). I have not heard anything from him since.
