Here To There Movers
About us
It has been said that the three most stressful things in life are dealing with a divorce, a death, or a move. We believe it is our job to take each customers situation and tailor our service based on what they need at that time. We have grown because of our willingness to please the customer is not limited to our office hours, or the amount of money the customer has to spend. It is not at all uncommon for us to hold a check for a customer, or start a move at a time that is convenient for the customer, but at a time that will have us working untill midnight; at no extra cost to the customer. Now that we have dozens of employees and do hundreds of moves a year, most of which are routine, it has become my job to handle the details that truly make us a service company. "[Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed], Where should we begin with this. You started off being very racist to our crew calling them "You People" referring the 2 African Americans that was on your job. Then you proceeded to tell the crew that they must not have Families to visit during Thanksgiving. Then you told them how PRIVILEGED you are to live on 45th and [Member Information Removed] Street in Indianapolis. You called our office 10 times throughout the day trying to tell us how to move furniture, and load a truck, which the crew you had had been doing this for years. Our managers did show to calm any situations that was occurring . When are managers arrived, you again started how PRIVILEGED you were and that "They wouldn't know what is was like to be PRIVILEGED and live on North [Member Information Removed]. You started acting as if you didn't want to pay your bill, so as a PRIVILEGE, We did in fact close the back of the truck until the bill was paid. Once we received payment, we unloaded your items and placed them wherever you wanted it. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED, we asked many times. Your Husband [Member Name Removed] called and apologized for YOUR ACTIONS, even stating that your mental ill. All in All our crew did everything in their power to make you happy, and nothing would have. I don't think if we gave you the move for free you would have been HAPPY. In closing after our guys had to go home and share there experience with there family. I am deeply ashamed that people in this day and age as adults would act in such a way.. Living on North [Member Information Removed] does not make you better then me nor any of our workers Racism is real Kirsti."
