At first i was greatly disappointed. Very unprofessional- bait and switch. Was quoted around 500-515 dollars by a lady in the corporate office so I went forward with them. Little did I know on the front end there was some hidden fees. They charge you 100 dollars extra for gas, even though our move was 5 minutes away...that's absurd. Also they charge you extra for furniture pads and saran wrap. But wait there is more! They broke our ping pong table and never filled out the paper work like they said they would! I had to contact them and the owner was unaware of the ping pong table being broken. They also never contacted me until 4 days later and quoted me 790 dollars, 270-290 dollars higher than I was quoted JR the Owner made it right and took off 50 dollars for gas and didn't charge us for the furniture pads and saran wrap as long as we didn't file a claim for the ping pong table. I added a star because JR is a reasonable man and owner but the way they do business is sub par. Also their movers are good people and they work hard but didn't tell their owner of the damaged item. Overall they have a few things to fix before I would call them again.

Movers polite, efficient and very organized. They didn't mess around. They just got the job done in a timely manner.

Nick and Neal were great! We had a pretty large apartment full of things that needed to be moved into a house, and they handled it with ease and care. They were both really friendly and made sure to take good care of our more fragile items. They moved quickly, but not so quickly that we were worried about anything breaking. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Here to There movers have helped me move a couple of times and they have been extremely helpful. Not only was the dispatcher helpful and cherry, she answered every on of my questions, multiple times, and when she could not she handed me off to one of the managers/owners who were equally helpful. I had 3nof their movers pack up my storage goods then unpack them. These gentleman were professional and did not take any breaks. My overall experience was very good and I highly recommend this company! That is not even the best thing that happened. During the move they carefully wrapped some glass inserts for a couple of end tables. 3 days latter as I started to organize my condo I found that the inserts were missing. I called the company, talked to the dispatcher and 2 days latter the inserts were sitting at my door when I came home. I absolutely, without equivocation recommend this company for moving your stuff and taken care of you junk too.

Amazing! Bradley and Dustin were kind, efficient and very quick. It came in under the budget we had in our mind for the move, so overall we are very happy with their work. We would excitedly call them again and ask for these two guys again if they are still with the company.

Be careful with this moving company. I made my move in Indianapolis and it was an atrocious moving experience. They showed up unprepared to make the move (no boxes that were promised, making moving difficult). They attempted to have me sign the completion form BEFORE THE MOVE. Do not sign if they do the same to you, as you will be liable to whatever time and charges they write down, even if they are lying. They broke and damaged several belongings. After making a claim, they have not responded FOR A MONTH. I have called several times (they are not allowed to give the managers/claim respondents number) and they have never called back. They never respond on the claim form either.

First of all they were late, and then after they moved me, the newly built home was damaged, they damaged the wall and door frame, and then they put a hole at the back on my dresser, I then phone back and forth with them to get this things fixed but they haven't contacted me back yet for the repairs. I will try to get this thing settled with them one more time with a phone call, and if they don't respond then they will be talking to my attorney next. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, The movers were good but careless enough to damage things during the move.

The men were punctual, polite, and kind. It actually took them 2-3 hours less than originally quoted. We had no problem giving a decent tip and in fact have just hired them again for furniture we need moved the day after tomorrow. The cost was $80 for the truck and $115 per hour for 2 movers. That's their weekend/holiday rate. It's less expensive during the week.

Plenty of damage, took more money from my account than was invoiced, doesn’t follow-up, etc.

MOVE FROM **** , As you can imagine moving is stressful enough. First they came out and gave me a quote for $2400 then on the day of the move at 8 pm they said we have to go to time and half . Well they got you now the truck is 1/2 full and your move has to be completed , We where suppose to get another truck and 2 men to move the patio and outside furniture but they never came . They expect full payment at the end of the day whether the job is complete or not they showed up the next day and completed the move extra $350 paid for pool table still not leveled the 3 slates are not aligned they have been out once to fix still not done right , the swing set paid extra $350 is standing on stilts, JR went to get parts to replace and never came back . The owner and Jr gave me there word they would fix the items in question, The final bill was about $4800. I settled for $3600 for 50% more then originally quoted And left with a buffet with damage a pool table i can not hit a ball down the rail with out it jumping My kids swing set unusable, several broken picture frames , scratches on a new wooden floor that was just re done ,, carpeting that needs to be clean because they decide to haul the outside patio furniture up the stair through the house instead around the outside of the house because the distance was shorter . And get this I get a notice from therm now for the balance and they are trying to sue me for moneys already paid. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU ARE BETTER TO HIRE DAY LABOR AND A U HAUL TRUCK. I should have checked there reviews with the BBB its a FFFFFFF BIG "F"

Movers were punctual and courteous. They worked hard with no breaks and took care of items when moving them from home to truck and from truck to storage.

They broke things, lost parts and they would not make good on it. The customer service would listen, but wouldn't do anything. They eventually gave me $25. They quoted me a price and told me they would give me a different rate and then wouldn't honor it. They worked very hard, but were not skilled.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They dented/damaged my new stainless steel french door refrigerator due to the movers lack of knowledge on how to get it out the door of my home. I have been given the run around for over 3 months on how they would satisfy the damage claim. I was told by a damage specialist that I would get .60 per pound which was over $200. The manager over rode the claim and offered me $80 for the un-repairable damage to a refrigerator that cost $2100 because the damage was not eye level. I asked why would an employee trained in damages give me incorrect information and he stated because she is an hourly employee. I gather that the manager believes hourly employees do not need to be knowledgeable about their job. Ridiculous! Do not hire them…the staff is unresponsive, are not trained well, and could care less about customer service.

Worst service ever. They took forever to move me in and broke my furniture ruined my walls. I've had a claim with them for the past 2 years. They sent someone to my home twice to take pictures of the damage and nothing has been done. Worst service ever, I would not even recommend to my enemy.

When I hired them I was very clear they needed to send their most experienced people. I said don’t send me people that you just hired and haven’t had much experience moving. I said I had a lot of heavy antiques. I have a huge list of infractions and I would never hire a company that did these things. They parked In front of my house on the street but wanted to park in driveway. It made no sense to park in the driveway because of where the truck would be. If they parked in the driveway it would block traffic. I told them they could park right in front of the house. They said they were concerned about the grass because of walking back and forth with the furniture but I told them it wasn’t a problem for walking. When I came back downstairs they had parked their huge semi-truck right on the grass and made huge divots. That’s not at all what they said they would do. They scratched floors and walls all throughout my home. They used dollies for my heavy expensive furniture they good movers wouldn’t use. Their dollies weren’t wrapped or padded in any way. They snapped a leg off of my antique couch and didn’t even tell me they did it. They shredded the wood on the front corner of my armoire and didn’t mention that at all either. The men they sent asked several very personal questions that made me uncomfortable about the cost of my home and if I had family and about my neighborhood. They talked about how they didn’t like my new house and how it was dirty. I went to the lead guy to ask what was going on. The couch that had been in my family for years they had ruined within 5 minutes. The guy said he was really sorry but they sent 2 inexperienced men with him. I shut it down after that because it was taking a long time and they were ruining things. The lead guy said he agreed and would bring 2 experienced people tomorrow that really knew what they were doing. Today I decided to call the office and cancel the job because of how the first day went and because no one from the office had called to apologize or talk about what had happened. I asked to speak with the owner and told them I would wait on hold. Some guy got on the phone and said I was being extremely rude and asked why I thought I would get things moved around for me. He said his office manager got into an accident on their way into work today. I asked how I was supposed to know that and asked if that was the reason he thought I was being rude. Besides that I asked if he was concerned at all about how his men worked for me and about what they had done. He started turning the blame on to me and acting like I was the rude one. I was trying to figure out how I was going to get the rest of the house moved and get my furniture fixed. He said “why don’t you get your happy butt down here and I’ll talk to you.” I told him he was not going to speak to me that way and hung up. I don’t feel like I should have to pay my gull bill because of the job not being completed and because of the damaged done. Instead of unpacking boxes and getting my house in order I’m stuck dealing with the aftermath of their mistakes. I still have a half a day of moving and have to find another company.

this people simply never showed up. I kept calling them and different kept answering the phone with different excuses.

I bought a groupon for this company to move a few large items (a refrigerator and an elliptical machine) from a friends house to mine. From start to (un)finish, I was unhappy with the service. First, the movers were almost an hour later than the start of the time window. Then, when they moved the refrigerator, they scraped the wall on both sides all the way down the hall. The process of trying to have them repair the wall has been a nightmare. I had a very hard time getting anyone to call me back and it took weeks for someone to come out and patch the wall. After patching, someone was supposed to come back out and paint. Again weeks went by with no contact from the company and playing phone tag with several people. Finally someone called but the offer that they made was not satisfactory. It has now been a month and a half an my friend's hall still sits in patches all the way down the sides on both walls. In addition, the refrigerator was damaged in the move and no longer works. Someone was supposed to contact me back about that, but did not do so. This is the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced.

-Scheduling with 800 phone number Good -Movers- polite, friendly, helpful, late from another job, but stayed to get this one done on overtime -Scheduling people did not do a good job indicating that I had an Angies list deal, thus when my friend finished paying for the move they charged them the incorrect amount and we had to call a few times to get this adjusted correctly. -If you move on the weekend- it's hard to get in touch with anyone. I don't like that. They should provide the cell phone number of the driver or at least have the driver let you know they are running late. -Reasonably priced and no one else was doing a move on a Sunday. So glad they do Sundays, because that is extremely rare.

Company struggled to book with the Angie's List deal. Gave them all the info provided from the purchase but didn't jive with their needs. Finally got it scheduled and received confirming email stating a 9am start. Day of move, no 9am arrival and no call. Finally called at 1115am and arrived at 1145. Used shrink wrap on 2 items and tape on a rug and charged us $40 for those supplies. When move was done, calculated we owed an additional $90 (including supplies). Had to call 2 days later to get a $40 refund, even though I mentioned they had not showed up at their confirmed time. JR who handled credit request via phone was very responsive and refund check was to have been cut same day.
