Steri-Clean is a multiple award winning company dedicated to helping people facing extreme cleaning needs. We restore homes and lives following any biohazard spills such as blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases, as well as severe clutter and hoarding. Our specialty cleaning services also help remediate tear gas, fingerprint dust, obnoxious odors, rodent and animal issues and more serious conditions like Ebola, C-Diff and MRSA. Our biohazard services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our hoarding cleanup services are available 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with some jobs requiring overtime and in extreme situations weekend work. Our services are available for residential, commercial and automobiles which includes cars, trucks, motor-homes, buses, semi trucks, planes and even boats. Steri-Clean Northern Indiana is owned and operated by two brothers whose passion it is to serve our community and others with a sincere sense of humanity in everything we do. This is our core value. No one wanted to be in a situation needing our services, but each deserves a helping, caring and understanding hand to begin the process of rebuilding their lives.

Excellent work and very professional. As the work progressed, we were kept abreast of all costs it would entail as problems arose. I hope I never need this type of work done again but if I did I would definitely call this company again. I would definitely recommend their services.

They were punctual and immediately started working. If there was a question on an item, they asked. We were even done early. It was amazing how quick, thorough, and professional the whole crew was. I did not realize how big the basement was until I saw it all cleared out. That was an overwhelming job, but the crew got right in there to get it all cleared out. Thank you!

They did a super job for us! Very thorough job and cleaned up everything. They know what they are doing. These guys were the only ones who offered disinfectant tablets for the laundry. They took away a mattress and box springs that could not be treated and left the house looking great.

Everything was handled with professionalism. They worked hard and went through things just didn't toss everything per my request. They are the best!! They did this in 14 hrs and would have taken me 6 months or more! They did forget to do my blinds but that was a small thing compared to everything else they did! So glad I found them. They were expensive to me but for what they had to do, it was worth every penny!!! I would assume anyone else would be that expensive or more! Didn't check anyone else. Just read their info on line and felt the trust of them and when I called felt the same way even more sure I got the right company! Don't pass these guys up. They are fantastic!

The content removal and deep cleaning services by Steri-Clean were exceptional. Chris and Michael were wonderful to work with. We worked with Chris at Steri-Clean Northern Indiana and he followed up very quickly. He was able to visit my Mom's home and see the scope of work and then provided an estimate which turned out to be on target. Her home was a disaster to say the least and over a few days Chris and some of his team were able to clear out both the home and the garage so that she can now walk everywhere in the home. Likely will be engaging Steri-Clean for a "deep clean" now that the really hard work is done. Give them an A+ on it and would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm the Executive Director of The PourHouse, a homeless outreach and advocacy nonprofit in Indianapolis. We have an elderly client who called last week in a panic because he was going to have an inspection. He has been housed for a couple of years now and has some pretty significant health issues but calls to check in around 4-5 times a week. We stopped by his apartment and it was nearly uninhabitable. He had not been able to maintain it and it was overrun with pests, unwashed laundry and his furniture was very soiled. Due to the biohazard nature of the conditions, we tried to access community funding to have Steri-clean of Northern Indiana clean the unit. We have used them in the past and they do incredible work while treating the clients with great dignity. They went out to the apartment and provided us with an estimate. Unfortunately, the community funding was denied and so it was left up to us to do the job. This morning, we arrived at the apartment to clean and were greeted by 2 pickup trucks. Chris Tobias and Mike Tobias, partners of Steri-clean of Northern Indiana, were at the apartment with appropriate cleaners, equipment and protective gear. They were there to tackle the job with us. FOR FREE. WOW!! Chris said, "Everyone deserves a safe and clean place to live". They were concerned about us doing the job as civilians with a few rags and a bottle of bleach cleaner. haha! They jumped into the fray and 5 hours later, our friend's home smelled fresh and his carpets were clean...the entire place disinfected and ready for new furnishings tomorrow. THAT, my friends, is a company that gives back to their community. They had nothing to gain but the satisfaction of helping our friend get his home back. We are SO thankful and so impressed with Steri-clean!! What amazing people and what an incredible community philosophy. You have a fan - and customer - for life in us!

Chris was amazing from the get go. I was on a very, very short time line and getting anxious. Chris replied promptly to my (somewhat panicked) inquiry. Chris and a co-worker drove up from Indianapolis to Ann Arbor and arrived on time. Although I left him with more of a mess than he expected, (based on texted pictures) Chris never missed a beat or complained. His work was thorough; his manner kind. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We hired Steri-Clean to clean up two "very troubled" homes. They cleared the homes of all debris, found and set aside items that were important to us, donated items to worthy causes and transported items that we wanted to keep to our storage unit. We just can't say enough good things about this company. Chris and Mike were honest, informative, patient and VERY hard working. They did everything they said they would do and then some. We couldn't have asked for better people to take on this project and we thank them for a job well done!

These guys worked quickly and were flexible with us in terms of our budget. When we realized we would not be able to pay for all services offered when we got the estimate, they worked with us to determine what our priorities were so they could start there. Based on that new budget, they worked hard for maybe a half day less than originally planned and accomplished more than we expected to have done. So pleased with their professionalism. Will definitely work with them again for all tricky cleaning needs.

Overwhelmed? Don't know where to start with cleaning out your house? Call Chris at steri-clean! he's very resourceful and will have lots of suggestions for you for example my husband's tools where donated to Habitat for Humanity! What do I donate and who will take the stuff? what do I trash where does the used oil go? an old refrigerator, electronic products. they all have to be disposed of properly these days. he knows where to take it all and his crew will pack up your cherished items carefully and respectfully. They are flexible and make a very difficult job much easier on you and do it all in a few days it's one stop shopping I couldn't believe it. it's steri-clean of Northern Indiana but I lived in Greenwood and so don't be misled by northern Indiana they can probably help you out everything was professionally done the cleaning the packing the moving Etc. I highly recommend them!

This team advertises that they are empathetic, compassionate, discreet, and non-judgemental and they are that and more. They were so kind and respectful of my anxiety before and during this difficult process. I have never seen any contractors work so hard to accomplish my goals. Being a single female and having pets I was concerned about safety with strangers in my home. Chris and Mike were personable and professional in every way. I found the service expensive for my budget but totally worth it! I can recommend them with NO reservations.

Mike and Chris were very professional and did an amazing job with my dad’s home. They deep cleaned and sterilized all surfaces and removed all mouse droppings. It would have taken my family Weeks to accomplish the job they did in a day. It was worth every penny in my opinion. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Chris responded immediately to a phone call and got us an estimate within a few days. Since I live out of the country, I was not there to see the actual work, but Chris sent me photos of the whole process (a tri-level house in a horrible state of hoarding) before and after. He was kind, sympathetic and I felt that he and his crew really understood the reality of hoarding and hoarders. They cleaned out the house, sanitized it and my sister was able to move back directly after she left the hospital. I am so very grateful for the work they did, as well as the email follow ups from Chris. Thank you so much! I truly do not know what we would have done with you.
