"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. "Limpus was excellent to work with. They have many years of experience. I visited the showroom and decided on my cabinets during the first visit. On the second visit, I chose Cambria quartz countertops. The installers came on time and I had my old cabinets emptied out and the hardware off when they came. They were efficient and quick and very careful with appliances that were in the kitchen. They finished in less than eight hours. I could not have been more pleased. Cambria quartz representative came the next business day and took laser measurements. I was without the kitchen sink and water in the kitchen until the countertops were installed. They returned in 3 weeks and installed the countertops with a sink already attached to the countertops. They did an excellent installation. Warren Flooring Corp. did the tile backsplash. Tile was purchased at The Tile Shop. The entire process could not have been better. I highly recommend Limpus Cabinet Sales Co. if you are in need of a kitchen update. I am so pleased with how everything turned out in my kitchen. My kitchen cabinets were 17 years old. The results speak for themselves. The cabinets were approximately $7,500 and the quartz countertops and sink cost approximately $5,000."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"A misconnect on the first meeting to develop an estimate occurred.  I decided to proceed instead of rescheduling.   I accompanied Ian for a 30 minute discussion from inside the house, then had to leave and allowed him to continue assessing and confirming what needed to be repaired outside.  I was satisfied with the estimate and made a couple of last minute changes which were accommodated.  The estimate was done in June; the work done in October.  I was not in a hurry.   A very wet early summer caused work schedules to be delayed.  This was not a problem for me. 
A team of 3 spent 3.5 days steadily working and did, from what I can tell, a nice job including cleanup.  The trim wood they used appeared to be quality cedar.  The windows are a nice quality and I am very satisfied with them and their installation.  The estimate indicated painting to match what was put on the house previously.  The problem is, that even though the paint may have matched what was in the can, it does not necessarily match what has been on the house for a number of years.  So--I feel I need to consider an additional quote to finish the painting of the trim.

"The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."

"They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected.
These extra things were at no extra labor charge since it was mostly done in an hour and we had the pieces to put in, just a few dollars for the PVC pipe.  Did a great job, were friendly, and kind to ask if there was anything else since they were paid for the time really appreciated them...far more than the general contractor who was a nightmare.
