He carefully reviewed my basement and briefed me on the methods for reducing Radon emissions. He then sent me a proposal carefully explaining all the details that needed to be done and the price for the work. He even included the expected annual costs to operate the system. I accepted the proposal. He and a coworker arrive right on the agreed time and date and went to work. Tim worked in the basement and his coworker worked outside. They were a real coordinated team. In about 3 and 1/2 hours they were done. The installation was very neat and everything was cleaned up. Tim left a Radon measurement device in my basement which was read several days later as 1.9.
