"They were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. However, the plumbers came today & not only found & fixed the issue, but fixed my garbage disposal & found the cause of a leak under my sink - all for no charge due to my experience yesterday. The issues turned out to be very minor all the way around, but I am so appreciative that they were all fixed & the kindness shown to me I don't agree with them telling me someone would be here yesterday, then not contacting me until today, but I should have been more patient before leaving a review yesterday; that is on me.
