The issues turned out to be very minor all the way around, but I am so appreciative that they were all fixed & the kindness shown to me I don't agree with them telling me someone would be here yesterday, then not contacting me until today, but I should have been more patient before leaving a review yesterday; that is on me. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue.
