first no way they could instqal Ice maker plumbing, unacceptial answere for me, I certainly am not the only kitchen that has ref on wall with no plumbing. After offering sugestions they said maby but would be at least $500, we are talking about 15 feet. OK fix leak in softner valve since I owed $50. for house call , did work in no time for a cost of $150. Will never call again!!!!!!

Very well. The plumber explained that every plumber in their business is licensed, not only the owner. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism.

Very professional and helpful.   This is the second time we have used this provider and the results met our expections again.   They diagnosed the problem,   identified alternative solutions,  installed a new water softener.    We do not live on premise and they were very willing to work with our renter, and keeped us in the loop.   We would not hesitate to call them again.

Called them in August for estimate. They came out & surveyed the situation, and came back with an estimate in a week. I had dug out the surrounding earth to expose the water line & junction. Then said it would be a few weeks before they could do the job. Heard nothing through September, so I called in October, to get the job done before any freezing weather set in. They finally came out in early November. The area was expecting a cold spell to begin the next week & last for a while. So they repaired the line on a Friday. I was to fill the dirt back in the next day, but noticed in the morning that the dirt hole had filled with water. Scooped it all out, and noticed a leak at one of the fitting junctions. Knowing that a hard freeze was coming, I had to take all the fittings apart, tighten the loose joint, and put it back together myself. Could not wait for them to "schedule me in" as before. Had to get the dirt backfilled for insulation. So I called them Monday, and explained the situation, asking for a small refund on the job cost (paid to them on Friday). Was told by the receptionist they would "call me back". Did not happen. Waited a week. Called again. Same lack of reply. Then, a third call. Still no response. Time for an Angie's List review.

Eric was very professional, helpful and provided detailed information.   We felt confident the work would be done correctly.  The responded soon after we contacted them on November 20, when we realized we had a big problem.  On November 24, Eric and Joe came out on time early in the morning and fixed the problem with picturesre provided to insure our satisfaction.

Punctual, polite, and quick.   He listed the ways he would do to try and clear the drain from the simple to the complex. The simple solution worked, and the drain is running smoothly now.

I called and the repair was scheduled 24 hrs. later at a specific time. The next day the plumber called me when approximately 30 min. from my house. I was able to leave at lunch and meet him. I showed him the work to be done. He showed me how he would proceed and got started. I left him to finish the job and gave instructions on how to leave the house. When I returned home from work I found the work complete, the water turned on and no leaks. The house was secured when he left. Regarding payment, I called the office and left my credit card information for billing purposes. It was entered accurately. To date, it's the best plumbing experience I've had.

Joe the technician was on time and gave me an estimate for the whole job I accepted. Everything went fine. It took 2 hrs. The only thing I didn't like is that he didn't break down the work order (receipt) ie. cost of heater and labor for different parts of the job.
