"I am honestly not sure his this company has 5 star reviews. Service has definitely went down hill. The response time and customer service is below average. Zach is very unresponsive and leaves messages unanswered. They were supposed to let me know at least one week before that they would be coming out, and I received a text the day before not even asking me if the date worked, but stating there would be a crew at my home. The owner Issac tries to do what is right, but unfortunately today 4/13/2024, I expressed 2 concerns that I have expressed 3 prior times to him and he keeps blowing me off ( 1 of them is a drain issue that could cause potential issues to my foundation) He knows it is an issue, but it’s a big deal to re do and fix. They charged me over 2,500 and knew this was one of my main concerns from day 1. They also will not come back and put anymore seed on my grass. They expect me to do that after 2,500. I tried to call Issac multiple times (the owner) and he blocked me. I tried from another number and yes I was blocked. Unbelievably unprofessional. I will be disputing all charges with my bank. My hope would be they would fix their mistakes and show true 5 star service!!!"

Professional Fence Installation
"What should of been a small easy fence job to keep our dogs in the yard, ended up turning into a horrible experience. Our entire experience with Allpro Fence was terrible, starting with communication with no returned calls. We put a down payment down (half) in September/ October of 22 and was then told by Gary that he would try to have it started before the end of the year, but wasn’t sure since they were behind schedule (which was fine and understandable considering the weather). Then, we were told in January that they were still behind and would be out the second week of February. We didn’t hear anything in February, March or April. I left them multiple messages and didn’t hear back. Finally, in the middle of the May we heard from Gary and he said they would be out in a few weeks. Then, I was told they would be out on a Monday, so I took off work to make sure someone was home. They never showed up and when I called them around 1pm I got no answer and left a message. I didn’t hear back and called them again at 6pm and they said they were “stuck in traffic.” They then showed up the next day to start and then was told they didn’t have the gates for the fences.... We had to wait another week and a half since they didn’t order the gates correctly the first time! Once the gates were “completed” the gate installed between our detached garage and house is clearly crooked and drags the ground when opening. It’s obvious the post isn’t strong enough to support the weight of the gate. There is big gap between the garage and the gate, which we are now concerned our dogs could get out of. We wanted to be able to have access to our yard from the front yard and be able to get out from the backyard. Which apparently is asking for something that Gary has never heard of. Should be a pretty simple ask? Both gates only have ways to get out from the backyard, but not in from the front yard. I asked Gary if he could put on a latch on the gates to allow us to open the gates both ways and be able to lock it from inside if needed. He said yes, he could do that, and would stop by to do so and collect the final payment. He then came out and took the latch off of inside of the gate and filled the holes with screws. Then put the latch on the front of the gate only. Obviously, this was not the the conversation we had. At this point my wife was home and went out to ask questions about the latches and she clearly had enough. After waiting patiently for 8 months and now being left with an incomplete job, she tried to express her concerns. When she tried to discuss the issues with him he wouldnt let her talk at all, was extremely rude, and continued to talk over her. Then he just left and didn’t finish anything. We ended up discussing the issues again and it appeared we were in agreement. Gary agreed the gate wasn’t supported enough and we agreed the best way to fix it would be to attached the post to the house. However, he said he “can’t do that due to the city of Harrison coding.” He agreed to go to them and ask permission to do so, if he was unable to get permission to attach it to the house he would put concrete in the post to help with support. He left and said he would be back to finish the job and that he had no other jobs to get to. About 2.5 hours later I received a text stating that he was informed by the city that there was no permit pulled for the job. He also stated that he couldn’t do any further work the job is complete. Then demanded payment and threatened collections and repossession of the fences. After waiting 8 months for the fence patiently, they immediately threatened collections and repossession of the fence again after 3 days of the job supposedly being finished. They used the permit as a way out of finishing the job correctly. Never once was a permit mentioned to me before starting the job, I assumed he would of pulled it or asked me to get it before even starting the job. It is listed in the contract that it is my responsibility, which I should of seen. I then asked to talk with another owner to work something out after Gary refused to talk to me or finish the job. I spoke with Julie and expressed by concerns that now I have to spend more money to fix it myself or hire someone else make the job right. I made a offer minus my expenses and was denied. She said the job is done and completed correctly without even seeing it. She also again demanded the final payment or repossession of the fence. She even had the audacity to ask me if the reason we are complaining is do to a money issue. I replied no, “it’s because this is a terrible job, would want a crooked fence” In the conversation with Julie I said I will be making a complaint and she replied she has already contacted the BBB to get ahead of it. I asked if the job was done correctly then why would you need to do that? This company is horrible, you pay for what you get in the end. I honestly feel like they forgot about the job and then tried to rush through it (How do you not have the gates for a fence a job?). As you can see in past BBB complaints they always blame the customer being hostile. Seems to be the same issues in every complaint. They cover themselves very well in the contract, Think twice before using this company. We ended up just wanting this nightmare over and made the final payment."

When choosing a driveway gate, consider the fence material, whether you want an automatic gate or a manual one, and property limitations like the slope of your driveway. We recommend speaking with a professional driveway gate installer to see what types of gates will work on your property based on your fencing or home’s exterior. Keep in mind that driveway gates should range between 10 to 12 feet wide to ensure cars can easily maneuver through the gateway.
It might be possible to install your own manual driveway gate rather than an automatic one, but we don’t recommend it. Driveway gates are large, heavy, and bulky, and getting them to your house and maneuvering them for installation can be dangerous. It’s also challenging to install the gate and balance it perfectly so that it functions as expected, and wiring any automation mechanisms for your gate is also dangerous and requires help from an electrician. We recommend leaving the work to a professional driveway gate installer.
Driveway gates are expensive to install, but they are usually a worthwhile investment. Not only does this exterior feature improve your curb appeal and, by extension, your property value, but they also help keep your home secure. Driveway can keep out unwanted guests and provide additional privacy for you and your household. Plus, they can serve as a means of keeping children and pets in your yard, depending on the type of fence.
In most municipalities, you will need a permit to install a driveway gate unless you plan on removing an existing gate and installing a new one. You can either ask your driveway gate installer or your local building department to determine if a permit is required in your area and for your specific project. If you live on a corner property, additional restrictions may be attached to your permit that prevent you from installing a gate over a certain height or a privacy fence. Make sure you check with your installer about permitting before choosing a gate.
The average cost to install a driveway gate is around $3,500, and prices usually total between $1,900 and $6,000. However, security and driveway gates can cost as much as $12,000. Some cost factors include the size of the gate, the type of gate, the gate material, and the security level of the gate. A wrought iron gate will be more expensive than a PVC driveway gate, which will typically cost more than a wood gate. Automated gates are always more expensive than manual ones, as they require additional electrical installation.
