Everything went great. They were very professional very personable and I really like the work.

Jon and his team was so great to work with! He came by the same day for a quote, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and the quote was very reasonable. He was even able to get his team out the next day to replace my fence and they did beautiful work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. we had a 6 foot vinyl fence and double gate installed 3/25-3/31/24. ON 4/18, our left gate broke. the hinges ripped right out, ripping holes in the left gate. Jon Stone, owner, told us he would come out and look at it the next day, but did not show. We tried numerous times to get him to come out, but he failed to show. We were even told by Jon that he had his men schedule to come out and fix the gate the week of May 6th, but no one showed and we never heard from anyone. We filed a BBB complaint and he failed to respond to them. We then filed a complaint with OH Attorney Generals' Consumer Complaint Department on July 23. He has failed to respond to them as well. We had to pay another company $950 to fix/replace the left gate panel. We are extremely disappointed to be treated this way.

Jon and his crew were very professional and easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to not only give us what we asked for, but they did it in a way that allowed us to maximize the square footage in our backyard, and went so far as to match a piece of existing fencing we already had. 10/10 would hire again!

I have to say that my husband and I have had the most wonderful, relaxing experience with John and his crew, doing our fencing job... John was soo very attentive with us in making sure that we got what we wanted, the crew that worked for John in doing our fence were very professional, caring, and took pride in their work taking the time to ask questions of me to make sure I was pleased... I very much so would highly recommend John and his team to anyone, they are kind, quick and specific to their trade, the only downside of our experience is that they only do fencing and nothing else... I am very pleased and sincere in my trust in recommending these great men... They were very fast and efficient!! The fence looks great!! When I called for an adjustment with the fence and gates, they came out and were very polite and did the work well!! I definitely have never worked with a more responsible company!! I would use them again in the future!!

Mr Stone (Connaughton Fence) was the only contractor that came out the very next day to give me a quote. I paid the deposit the day after and the work was completed the next day. Excellent communication and excellent work. We are very happy and I am referring a few of my employees to him because his company did such a good job.

They are a great company they did a great job

Please don't hire Connaughton Fence. Zero costumer service. They came to put up a fence. A week after they got paid and left the job the fence fell, because they were lazy and screw the fence into blacktop instead of digging and doing it right. I texted pictures to him, I called him for months and asked him to come and fix, for there is a warranty for a year. He ignored all the calls and texts. I had to hire another company to fix, it costed thousands of dollars extra. Please don't hire Connaughton Fence.

Dave & Elbert worked the entire time. We were impressed with the outcome of how the fence looked. Especially the two gates. Definitely have Connaughton Fence do any future work for us.

The entire project went smoothly and very speedy. As soon as I listed the project on Angi, Jon from Connaughton Fence reached out to me, did the estimate next day and started clearing brush a week and a half later. Only took 2 days to clear brush (it was a lot) and installed the fence. Very friendly explained everything and went above and beyond to make a happy customer. Also other fence estimates I received were unprofessional and said 6+ weeks to even start. I highly recommend this company and would use them again myself.
