"I’m a 70 year old Senior. I had sagging at the end of my hall, in my 3-BR ranch home. I got five other quotes, none of which suggests a problem with my foyer or kitchen. They sent out some 20 something young man -that clearly did not know what he was doing to complete my main beam replacement project. I mentioned to David (the 20 something) and his assistant IMMEDIATELY, that my kitchen cabinets had pulled away from the wall and the foyer was tilting. Several times. He assured me that he would run the beam right up under the kitchen between the kitchen and the foyer, to the garage door —to correct it! I had an intense disagreement with him when he tried to leave and did not make any attempt to correct the damage. The damage they had caused. I used my burial money to correct this sagging in the hall-and they left me with a huge problem with my foyer and kitchen that WASN’T THERE BEFORE, that they caused, & knew they caused. Indiana foundation, now Groundworks, sent Blake to my house under the guise of completing my first adjustment to the main beam, and as I had instructed them, to formulate their repair project based on a certified Home Inspection Specialist that I had hired to let me know what, specifically, Ind Found. should do to correct the serious problem they created. They promised to schedule the repair work at that time, but have ghosted to me ever since coming to see the damage they caused and formulate the repair. I have not been able to get in contact with them since; I’ve left numerous v-mails and texts. They have no integrity towards my project and nor will they have ANY integrity towards yours."

"This company repaired all wall cracks in my basement and installed a drain system on all walls of my basement. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. "After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible.
